J'ai eu un appartement avec une TV sans programme. Il n'y avait que 3 à 4. Station sur la TV. C'est un peu malheureux. Doute avait trois TV pour quatre personnes jetait à trois, nous avions une TV

Cons:

La mauvaise odeur. Cet appartement sentait les égaux. J'en y FIS part au personnel de l'accueil et elle m'a rassuré qu'une fois que je quitterai l'appartement on leur fermerait pour pouvoir le réparer. La chasse était cassée. J'en ai fait part au personnel qui m'a assuré confirmer l'appartement pour tout réparer. C'est quand même malheureux quoi.

I enjoyed my stay overall and found most of the staff helpful and professional. However, I encountered a few issues. Upon arrival, the coffee machine in my room was broken, although it was replaced promptly after I reported it. The most distressing incident occurred on my last day when I got stuck in a hotel lobby toilet with a faulty locking mechanism and no handle. While I eventually received help, the unprofessional behavior of the maintenance worker and one of the receptionists—who were laughing about the incident instead of taking it seriously—was completely unacceptable. This made a stressful situation feel very disrespectful.

HORRENDA, inaceitável!
Pros:

O quarto é bom, o hotel em si é ruim, um dos piores que já fiquei na vida.

Academia nao funciona, se é que aquilo pode se chamar de academia.

Piscina nao pode ser utilizada apos as 19 (absurdo)
Sauna nao funciona em nenhum momento do dia

Funcionários mal preparados, espaçosos, neste hotel os valores sao invertidos, parece que o hospede sao os funcionários e você está lá para aguentar funcionário gritando a todo instante, gente mal
treinada e mal educada, a funcionaria da tarde é extremamente arrogante e prepotente, absurdo uma pessoa daquela trabalhar num hotel recebendo hóspedes.

Para completar me deram uma tag do quarto que nao abria a porta da frente, a primeira noite fiquei meia hora esperando a funcionária despreparada abrir a porta, na 2 noite forcei a porta (porque a tag nao funcionava), inconcebível, nao tem profissionalismo algum, este hotel é ridículo, o booking deveria proibir um local tao despreparado como este, eu nunca vi nada igual, pra ficar ruim, tem que melhorar MUITO, um lixo de estadia neste local, nao volto nem de graça!

N A D A funciona, mas o pior de TUDO, os funcionários, gente da PIOR qualidade!

Очень классные апартаменты. Оперативно отвечают через букинг. У меня была доставка с Амазон, причем приехала на 2 дня раньше нашего заезда. Доставку приняли и отложили для нас, за что большое спасибо.
Сами апарты просторные, с большим балконом. Мы проживали 4 дня. На 3й день апарты убрали, вынесли мусор и поменяли полотенца. Завтрак не брали. Как и написано в других отзывах, за углом большой супермаркет, в нескольких минутах ходьбы неаполитанское кафе, брали там выпечку к чаю. Очень понравилось, что дверь в сами апартаменты закрывают после 20.00 и внутрь попасть можно только приложив свой ключ от номера. Вокзал в 10 минутах ходьбы быстрым шагом, до фуникулера верхнего города минут 30

Cons:

Не понравились только маленькие кружки, чай из них совсем не попьешь. Поэтому мы в супермаркете купили пластиковые стаканы большие и использовали их. Вся остальная посуда без нареканий

Pros:

Die Lage für ein Städtetripp war sehr zentral und doch ruhig. Die Ausstattung mit der Küche war gut. Die Zimmer waren sauber.

Cons:

In der Dusche müsste das Silikon ausgetauscht werden, dort schimmelte es bereits. Es gibt kein Frühstückbuffet. Es gibt aber einen großen Supermarkt in der Nähe. Man sollte sich bewusst sein, dass das Hotel in einer Seniorenresidenz ist. Das Gebäude ist noch relativ neu. Der Balkon ist sehr groß.

Pros:

Room and spa facilities were great as well as the food in the restaurant. Waiters in the restaurant were below expectations, waited to order dessert 45 min and left without dessert. Dessert was reduced from the menu but only 4€ which is disappointing.

Wygodne łóżka, cisza. Dobra klimatyzacja, chłodne pokoje zwłaszcza przy bardzo wysokich temperaturach.

Cons:
