Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

איליה בקבלה אפשר להו להאריך צק אאוט בנדיבות. סך הכל היה אירוח נעים בכללי .ארוחת הבוקר היתה נחמדה ובמקום נעים.
מאוד צפוף בבריכה. שהיא גם ככה קטנה וקצת כמו "שכשוכית". הרבה חבר'ה צעירים ואין פרטיות אין מקום כמעט לשבת בכיף ולהנות מהשהייה בבריכה . או שיש אזור של שמש ישירה או אזור עם צל מידי. אין אמצע. הבר די מעפן וגם מגיש בחד פעמי שזה ממש מרגיש לא קלאסה.
בנוסף אין מרפסות בכלל במלון והחדר עצמו חמוד אבל לא מפנק.
ביקשתי שישאירו משהו בחדר לכבוד יומולדת של בעלי,לא השאירו ולא ענו גם. קק בסוף שהגענו איליה עידכן לנו א.בוקר ללא עלות אבל עדיין הייתי מצפה להשאיר בחדר שוקולד, יין קטן, משהו.... לא רק בקבוק מים והתעלמות מהבקשה.

ארוחת בוקר מגוונת יותר, ניקיון של הלובי ובכלל ריח קצת יותר טוב , הכל מרגיש מיושן, החדר היה רועש מאוד בלילה בגלל אתר בניה- לא נרדמנו המון זמן. אמנם הציעו להחליף אבל עצם זה שבכלל אנשים ישנים ברעש הזה זה לא סביר.

המיקום מעולה המלון מקסים נענו לנו לכל בקשה אפילו המנהל נתן את המספר האישי שלו שהייתה לי בעיה החדרים נקיים מסודרים נעימים אמיתות נוחות
לבריכה יש פוטנציאל גדול והיא הייתה מאוד מאוד עמוסה וגם היו שם ג'וקים על הדק חיים ומתים חבל מאוד שהמחיר המופרז שלוקחים לא כולל ארוחת בוקר
