Ottima posizione. Molto comodo il parcheggio a pagamento (caro) sotto l'hotel.
La prima camera interna, poi cambiata con una esterna dal gentilissimo direttore

L’hôtel est très bien situé et j’avais une belle vue sur le musée ARoS depuis ma chambre. Je n’ai malheureusement pas pu profiter du balcon en raison de la pluie et du vent pendant mon séjour, mais c’est un vrai plus et j’imagine qu’il doit être très agréable par beau temps.
Autre point très pratique : il y a un supermarché juste en bas de l’hôtel, ce qui est vraiment appréciable pendant le séjour.
Concernant la salle de bains, la paroi de la douche à l’italienne est un peu trop courte et il faut être vigilant pour éviter de mettre de l’eau sur le sol. Par ailleurs, il n’y avait pas de produits d’accueil (« amenities ») à disposition dans la salle de bains, ce qui est un peu dommage pour un hôtel de cette catégorie.

Très bien situé et belle vue sur le musée!
The balcony is a nice touch when the weather is warm. Breakfast was the nearest your going to get in the area to a full English. The hotel was clean. Friendly staff.
Staff were not able to convert DKK to GBP when asked. Would rather them say I don’t know rather than say ‘ a late check out will be £50 ‘ and then get charged £100. Now got to wait days for a refund. Prices for water were extortionate when you can get one next door at the shop for 2DK. Breakfast finishing at 10am is early for people on holiday. 10.30/11am would be better.
Air con in room wasn’t cold at all. Needed to call for a fan.
Housekeeping knocking on the door at 8am when we are on holiday wasn’t ideal.. too early to be woken up. No spare pillows in the room and was only given 2 so had to call for more. Restaurant menu is sparse.. so have to eat out everyday. We could hear the room next door TV all night… in London for what we paid we would have had 5*. Expected more overall for a 3 night stay at £200+ a night.
