My husband and I stayed at this property for 3 nights in a junior suite. The room was very large with plenty of space to spread out. The king bed was very comfortable. There was a very small refrigerator and a coffee machine. The bathroom was also pretty large. I give the property an 80/100 for cleanliness. The hallways, elevator, and portions of the room needed attention. The hotel is also expensive, but this is due to the location right in the center of old town next to Aros Museum and City Hall. We had a car and used the (pretty expensive) parking under the hotel. We did not include the breakfast in our reservation, however we did purchase the breakfast on one morning. Although there could have been more varied foods such as hot items and fruits, we had plenty to eat for breakfast. The evening desk clerk was wonderful and the morning breakfast hostess was very friendly. The property is very close to most Aarhus sites - canal, Aros Museum, University, Cathedral, Occupation Museum, restaurants. We recommend this property if you want to be in the middle of the action.

The hotel is in a very good location between train station, Aros museum, Den Gamle By museum and the shopping mile.
Getting to the harbor area is also very quickly possible.
You have two super markets next to the hotel to get some food&drinks. There are plenty restaurants and bars close by, the food market is in a short walking distance.
As mentioned you can walk to very great sites such as the harbor area, Aros museum or Den Gamle By museum.
And the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Not sure what to add else :D
Will book again when I visit Aarhus again.
The breakfast options were a bit disappointing considering the price. I would have had expected regular things like pancakes, salmon and few more options in general.
Besides that nothing comes to my mind.

The room was spacious and fitted well for our dogs and todler. The crib the hotel provided was great and eased our travel a lot.
