清潔で良かった
Pros:

ランドリーがあって洗濯ができた。
駐車場があり、バイクは建物に沿う様に停め、一台500円。

Cons:

団体客と重なるとエレベーターが長蛇の列になり、レセプションも激混みになる

A comfortable clean and spacious room and a good breakfast. You can watch the Shinkansen too.
Pros:

静かでいいかな。

Cons:

周りに飲食店なし。駅の売店と少しはなれたコンビニは、早くしまっちゃう。部屋がタバコ臭い。予約の時にわかってたけど。部屋は全部禁煙にしてほしい。今回は青森ねぶた祭りで利用させてもらいました。会場にも、1駅でいけるのでいいです。今回は予約が遅かったので来年のねぶた祭りの時は早めに予約しようと。

One night stay in Aomori
Pros:

We have chosen hotel, which was close to railways station and car rental service (return car in the evening and step into train in the morning). Hotel offered good standard for basic hotels, breakfast was on good standards offering typical Japanese meals, but also something more standard:)
There was some misunderstanding with the booking, staff solved it without extra cost for us!

Cons:

A bit surprise was missing third bed for our smallest chilled, but we have fitted in for one night.

さすが東横　アクシデントにすぐ対応
Pros:

部屋が８階だったので景色最高でした✨

Cons:

ホテルのフロントさんのせいではないのですが…タクシー予約したら他のお客さん乗せて行ってしまいました
おかげで待ち合わせの時間に遅れてしまいました　ホテルさんからタクシー会社に軽く苦情言ってもらいたと思います

部屋がとても綺麗に清掃されていてとてもよかった｡
フロント担当の眼鏡をかけた男性(お名前失念)の方の対応も素晴らしかったです(当方初利用のためチェックイン操作に苦慮していたため)

Pros:

立地がよく、夜12時までのコーヒーのサービスがあった事

Cons:

ドアの音や宿泊客の声が結構響いて、深夜3時ぐらいまでうるさかった事。
3連休という事もあり、朝食は席の奪い合いみたいな感じになっていた
