Bed and room are comfortable, bathroom not worth a 5 stars hotel (shower in bathtub)
I asked for a view on the bridge when I booked 3 months ahead… when checked in this room with a view was confirmed, but it was not !!
I asked to change room for this view, I could only get it for the last 2 nights and had to pay a supplement to find out the view was still not the one promised and I had twin beds instead of queen… staff was lovely but clearly did not know what they said… very disappointing experience because of this and because the clientele is far from being a 5 stars clientele. Insummary this hotel

Everything! This is a wonderful hotel that has the most fantastic views! We loved our stay. The staff were super friendly and there was everything we needed. We will return when we travel to Japan again.

Slow elevators to get up 36 floors
The hotel is in an excellent location, the basement of hotel is connected to metro station and outside hotel is bus stop and there is also a mall quite close so VERY convenient. Hotel has beautiful views of Tokyo from lobby and rooms. There is an onsen so after each day of much walking we enjoyed a wonderful soak. Would highly recommend this hotel.
