Beautiful hotel, very good location, great view, good service overall
Pros:

I liked the fact that the hotel was clean, offering beautiful views of the city and the proximity to the metro station and the shopping gallery which was quite convenient to have.

Beste mitsui van Japan en ik heb er een stuk of 12 gehad.
Pros:

Locatie is zo mooi en goed dat je het bijna niet wilt delen, prachtige lobby, prachtige onsen en super personeel.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niks, maar ik ben hier al door de tijd van 3 jaar ongeveer 6 keer verbleven en misschien is het te veel gevraagd maar een erkenning van vaste klanten zou leuk zijn. Nu is het zo dat ze iedere keer opnieuw de regels uitleggen en vragen of je al eerder in tokyo bent geweest.

Een simpele wat leuk dat u weer bij ons komt verblijven etc. Zou leuk zijn.

Al met al 99 van de 100!

Die Lage ist ein Traum. Gut angebunden. Nette Bar und gutes Restaurant im Haus oder in der Mall unten. Der Blick auf die Stadt ist sensationell!

Just ok, but I wouldn’t return to this hotel.
Pros:

Lobby is very nice and views from room are great. The bed is comfortable

Cons:

Ok, now for the bad. It’s far from central Tokyo, requiring 2-3 train rides. The hotel room is tiny, and one side of the bed is right up next to the wall, so for two people, one person doesn’t get a nightstand. The bathroom is definitely NOT on par with any 5 star hotel, and honestly probably not on par with 4 star hotels, as it is extremely cramped, with flimsy feeling flooring and a shower/tub combo rather than a walk in shower. The bathroom just feels very cheap/motel like even.

Great location - top hotel - excellent breakfast service - not to be tecommended for dinner
Pros:

Great location - central and on topfloor. Great service. Fantastic breakfast service. Nice rooms.

Cons:

Staff at diner were inexperienced so we did not enjoy it.

Nice hotel, great views, very convenient for access to shops and metro but at times a struggle to converse with the staf

Wonderful views and great location, especially for airport access

Cons:

Some of the staff struggled with English and it made book two very early taxi to the airport quite stressful

Pros:

駅直が有難い。
ホテルの下にコンビニや食べ物のお店が揃っていて、とても便利だった。
とにかくロビーやお部屋からの景色が素晴らしい。
めちゃくちゃ堪能しました！
ロビーやエレベーターホールやエレベーター内のオブジェがおしゃれ。
お部屋の壁や照明がオシャレ。

Cons:

お掃除がどうなのか？とちょっと不安でした。タオルでバスルーム全部を拭いてませんか？
ソファーや絨毯のお掃除もちょっとだけ不安。
ルームスリッパの除菌はどうされてますか？お風呂上がりはどうしたらいいですか？スリッパ履けないです。でも裸足で絨毯の上も歩けないです。１００均で買いました。鏡と椅子のセットがないのでお化粧しにくいです。
