The view was amazing from the reception area 😍 and even from the room the view was amazing. This hotel is on the 33rd to 36th floor of the building. The staff all very friendly and helpful. They also kept our luggage for us after check out before our flight. The building has a mall and the subways at the bottom so very convenient
You sense that this is a special place from the moment you arrive. An entire wall panel slides open, revealing a softly lit corridor. As you follow its gentle turns, you become aware of another detail: soft, mystical music playing in the background, creating a feeling of anticipation for something wonderful ahead.
At the end of the corridor, an elevator carries you to the 36th floor, where another wall opens to reveal an enormous, airy lobby with panoramic views of the broad river, an elegant bridge, and the city skyline beyond.
Yet the arrival is only the beginning. From the comfort of a city-view room to the tranquility of the spa, every part of the stay feels thoughtfully designed and effortlessly enjoyable.
This sexy, stylish and elegant hotel boasts stunning views over Tokyo harbour. The restaurant food was delicious and I loved the rooftop Onsen. After 3 weeks in Japan this is the hotel I’m excited to come back to. Loved how the train station is in the building. So happy this was the hotel I booked to end my trip on a high note
運良く予約した部屋よりもランクが上の部屋にアップグレードしてもらえてました！（接客も丁寧でした）
豊洲という立地も相まって期待通り夜景は綺麗・お部屋も快適。個人的にはRefaのシャワーヘッドとドライヤーが使えたのと、備え付けでコーヒーメーカーがあるのがとても嬉しかった。。。
朝食も種類が豊富でどれも美味しく、朝からいい気分になれました。
有楽町に用事があったので豊洲まで出る必要はなかったですが、東京周辺からあえて少しだけ移動してでも泊まるだけの価値は十分あるホテルだと思いました！

The location was to our liking, being close to transport and a quieter area of the city.
The breakfast had a good selection of food types, and of a high quality.
The room was a good size with good facilities.

It was hard for the taxi and Uber drivers to find the entrance and even when they did, it was hard to find the door and to know where to go. They do have a call button near the door and they were able to direct us where to go to get to reception.
