Pros:

Excellent customer service, clean, organized, easy to find the building, excellent location because it was very close to center.

Cons:

The bathroom was very tight (especially the toilet area), the windows directly to the street, and anyone passing by the building could easily see inside.

Great location and decent value, but unsafe stairs, unclear listing details, and missing comforts mean I wouldn’t recomm
Pros:

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to downtown, and the apartment itself was spacious. For the price, it offers decent value, but several issues really affected our stay.

Cons:

The biggest downside was that the bedroom is upstairs (in apartment E) which was not stated in the listing. I was travelling with my mother, and the steep stairs were very difficult, especially with no handrail. This also felt like a safety hazard at night when using the bathroom. I would not recommend this place for anyone with mobility issues or who struggles with stairs.

The apartment was clean, but needed more TLC and attention to detail. The decor was stark with odd touches like an empty plant holder. Simple improvements like art, cushions, a rug, or a bedside table beside the downstairs sofa bed would make a big difference.

The kitchen was functional but missing basics like a pasta strainer, mugs and wine glasses, which felt surprising in Porto. We also couldn’t get the electric hob to work, so after 20 minutes of trying, we ended up cooking dinner in the microwave.

Overall, the apartment has potential thanks to its location and size, but it needs clearer listing details and a few simple improvements to feel more comfortable and practical. Until then, I wouldn’t stay again or recommend it, especially for older guests or anyone needing easier accessibility.

Emplacement parfait pour ceux qui veulent profiter de la ville. Excellent rapport qualité prix

Cons:

La douche est petite et après la douche il y a de l’eau dans le sol de tout le WC, faudrait voir pour remédier à cela.

Positivo:
- cama cómoda
- ⁠ducha con mucha presión
- ⁠había una botellita de gel
- ⁠hay secador de pelo

Cons:

Negativo:
- se sale el agua de la ducha y el suelo está hinchado
- ⁠olor a humedad
- ⁠faltan utensilios de cocina (tapas que cuadren con las sartenes, tijeras o cosas básicas)
- ⁠las mesitas están llenas de manchas
- ⁠se oye absolutamente todo y el suelo de arriba parece que se vaya a romper
- ⁠falta x lo menos una escoba para limpiar si se te cae algo. Tampoco hay bayeta
- ⁠estaría bien alguna botellita de agua por si llegas tarde como nosotros
