Lage super, Frühstück sehr schlecht
Pros:

Die Lage direkt an der Alten Oper ist super, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Bis 11.00 Uhr sollte es Frühstück geben, um 10.00 Uhr war das Buffett ziemlich leer und wurde auch teilweise nur nach längerer Wartezeit aufgefüllt. Die eine Sorte Brötchen gab es nicht mehr und wenn ein paar aufgefüllt wurden, dann waren sie sofort weg.
Für den Preis von 22,00 € war das Frühstück echt ein Witz.
Das in der einen Kategorie Zimmer nur ein Podestbett steht ist nur auf der Webseite ersichtlich, nicht auf Booking, schade. Nichts für Hüftgeschädigte geeignet.

Super Produkt, ansprechendes Design und tolle Lage

Cons:

Zimmer zur Strasse. Extrem laut (Samstag Abend / Nacht) von Party und Lieferverkehr. Ruhe nur mit geschlossenem Fenster möglich. Zimmer zur Rückseite wahrscheinlich ruhiger gelegen.

Gut, aber auch nicht für mehr als 2 - 3 Tage
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut und umfangreich.
Das Zimmer inkl. Bad war groß und sauber.
Grundsätzlich ein gutes Hotel!

Cons:

Ein etwas deutlicherer Hinweis im Eingangsbereich auf die "Reception" im 6. Oberschoss wäre sinnvoll.
Die Matratzen waren zu weich.
Kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad: Nicht einmal ein Haken für die Handtücher. Und Platz für den 2. Kulturbeutel wäre auch schön.
Am Wochenende war das Frühstück angenehm und ruhig. Ab Dienstag war der Frühstücksraum total überfüllt.
Ein wackeliger Tisch von etwas mehr als "Biertablettgröße" für 2 Personen direkt für der Kaffeetheke ist auch nicht das gelbe vom Ei.

地點很好 就在購物區附近 買完東西可以拿回來放再出門
有兩部電梯 不用等太久
訂最大的房間 得到的房間跟照片有點不一樣 沒有落地窗 沒有沙發 但多了一個大櫃子 我們買很多東西剛好有用到 勉強OK
窗簾遮光度高 或者因為面中庭所以陽光本來就沒有直射
插座夠多 桌上床邊都有 很貼心
入住時選擇不要客房打掃 就會送兩杯飲料 而且每杯原價10歐元 感覺很划算
頂樓有酒吧 風景還OK 建物高度跟附近差不多高
有電視 節目很多
優點是浴室的沐浴乳洗髮乳跟乳液都很多品項，床很大張睡得舒適

門口有五階左右的階梯 行李必須用扛的 看似有電梯但似乎要由工作人員才能開啟
有天早上門鎖有被刷及試圖解鎖的聲音 不知道為什麼 還好沒被打開
椅子只有一張有點困擾

Cons:

Telefonisch nicht erreichbar, Umbuchung 2× fehlgeschlagen. Im Zimmer: kein Schrank, kein Tisch, kein Stuhl, kein Bett - die Matratze liegt auf dem Boden. Dafür gibt es zwei Stufen, über die man nachts stolpert und sich eine blutige Nase holt. Aus der Dusche tröpfelt das Wasser nur. Die Heizung bullert, auch wenn das Fenster offen ist. Heizungs- und Jalousie-Einstellungen an dem umständlichen Display werden nach kurzer Zeit verworfen. Die Jalousie fährt nach eigenem Befinden rauf und runter. Überall dröhnt Musik, der man nicht entgehen kann. Jeder Bedienstete meint, mich kumpelhaft mit „du” anquatschen zu dürfen. Alle Beschriftungen sind auf Englisch.
