Unkompetente, unfreundliche und überforderte Mitarbeiter und ein unorganisiertes Hotel.

Die zentrale Lage alleine

Cons:

Wir hatten mehrere Tage gebucht, wegen einer Flugstornierung haben ich im Hotel angerufen, dass wir erst am nächsten Morgen ankommen werden und dann direkt aufs Zimmer möchten und schlafen werden. Die Zimmer waren im Voraus zu 100% bezahlt. Bei der Ankunft fing dann die Diskussion an, dass wir gar keine Buchung haben, danach die Angabe dass man überbucht ist und unsere Zimmer für diese Nacht vergeben wurden und wir bis 15 Uhr warten müssen, unsere Ankunft war um 8 Uhr. Das Personal war absolut überfordert und wir mussten tatsächlich trotz Vorabzahlung bis 15 Uhr warten. Als Kulanz hat man uns das Frühstück kostenlos angeboten, was wir ohnehin schon bezahlt hatten. Absolut eine Frechheit!

It was a decent one as i stayed alone for one night.
Pros:

Its a Cozy hotel with a good price and location. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

Cons:

Keep in mind its a young people hotel, parties all day and even until late at night (to be fair there is good soundproof in the rooms area, my issue was that the room next to me was partying until 3 AM). Another thing is that the shower is glass, there is a curtain but from the outside, not the inside.

Pros:

Veldig sentral beliggenhet men en fantastisk terrasse🙌🏼 Rent og fint hotell. Nydelig frokost!

Cons:

Vil ikke si jeg mislikte det, men sengen var veldig lav, altså på gulvnivå. Ikke like lett for voksne mennesker å komme seg i og ut av sengen.
