Das Personal war bemüht, aber nicht sehr qualifiziert.
Pros:

gut, die Lage ist super.

Cons:

Loft- Zimmer gebucht und auch bezahlt, wurde uns aber bei der Ankuft nicht gegeben(530).
Erst nach unserer Reklamation bekamen wir die 704.

Perfect location, would recommend
Pros:

This hotel is so unique. Lovely roof top & bar. Beds so comfortable but the room was a little small, we would have upgraded if we had known to a bigger room. Very easy check in. Perfect location, would stay here again

Cons:

The rooms were small and the bed was cute but pretty much on the floor so made it hard to get out of.

The location was excellent. The rooftop was nice, with great ambiance.

Had gone there immediately after Ruby in London and Ruby Ella in Cologne ( a huge Ruby fan ) where the customer service was excellent. In Ruby Louise the customer service was noticeably cold and impersonal. We weren’t offered the same options as at the previous Rubys ( room service vs drink coupons). The room style ( with buried bed ) was extremely strange and uncomfortable.

Pros:

The location is amazing. Very central and has everything nearby. The decoration is artistic and special. We really like the style. The staff are friendly are the hotel bar is nice.

Cons:

The only thing not so comfortable is the checkin process. The front desk is integrated with the bar (which is not a bad idea in general), but the day when we arrived, there was an event and the staff is uper occupied. The checkin was taking forever. Maybe to consider add a few staff when there is a special event like this?

Kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen, wenn man nicht Stundenlang Zeit hat um einzuchecken und 20 Minuten auf den Aufzug war

Leider nicht so gut

Cons:

Rezeption ist in der 6 Etage. Es gibt nur 2 Aufzüge die dort hinführen. Als wir unsere Zimmer beziehen wollten, waren etwa 30 Personen da, die ebenfalls gerade ankamen.
Es dauerte ewig überhaupt zur Rezeption zu kommen und dann ewig sich einzuchecken. Dieses muss man nämlich auf einem I-Pad selber machen, was bei allen ewig dauert, da es sehr häufig nicht funktioniert. Personal sehr bemüht aber überfordert. Ein nur englisch sprechender Mitarbeiter sehr unhöflich. Gleichzeitig wollten eine Gruppe von Gäste zur Bar, ebenfalls in der 6 Etage. Man kann erahnen wie lang die Schlange vor den Aufzügen war. Habe ein so unüberdachtes System noch in keinem anderen Hotel gesehen. Obwohl wir sehr oft international unterwegs sind. Nie wieder dieses Hotel.

Bra läge. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Relativt bra frukost. Otroligt bra läge om man ska hänga i innerstan och inte vill behöva ta så mycket kollektivtrafik.

Cons:

Mitt rum var inte färdigstädat vid incheckningen så jag fick vänta i baren på det medan ett evenemang höll på att arrangeras så det var mycket folk. Tog över en timme att få rummet.

Lokalita, personál, snídaně, terasa.

Cons:

Trochu zvláštní check in na baru. V pokoji zadne skříně a úložný prostor. Na 1 noc vše v poradku, delší pobyt by mohl být komplikovanější.
