Breakfast was great! No parking onsite, recommend if looking for somewhere central and Corp Hotel.
Pros:

Spacious, friendly helpful staff!
Felt all staff went above and beyond and very understanding and helpful!!

Cons:

Paid for a view, got the basic view, would have been nice to get a much higher floor. No parking onsite, Hotel wanted to charge an extra $39 a night just for the car, so that’s an added extra cost to the room price..gets expensive over a few nights.

As above. Great facilities and comfortable.
Pros:

Comfy bed and pillows. Lovely hot shower. Lovely towels. Quiet. Friendly staff.

Cons:

I found the tv remote menu a little clunky to navigate. Channel selection was a little limited.

Great location, beautiful room but bed needs to be changed out
Pros:

The suite was spectacular with an amazing view

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable and was below par compared to what I expect at a Pullman it was lumpy and required a topper we ended up sleeping on top of the quilt as the bed was hard.

Pros:

Zentrale Lage nahe See und Restaurants
Schönes und grosses Zimmer mit Seeblick, insbesondere der Sonnenaufgang zu sehen war schön
Frühstück war gut, jedoch nicht ausserordentlich gut
Parkieren rundum das Hotel war auch gut, sodass wir nicht die teuren Hotelparkplätze bezahlen musste

Grosses und bequemes Bett

Cons:

Aufenthalt war gut, jedoch eher teuer (Preisleistung)

Cons:

The room was tiny. I was meant to be in an Exec King. It was the smallest room on the floor. I am certain I was intentionally ripped off. It was not a $400 a night hotel.

Five-Star Experience
Pros:

This was a special treat for my sister and brother inlaw as a wedding anniversary gift.
The overall experience was amazing for them both🤗

Cons:

No negative feedback to provide. The service and experience were excellent.

Don’t bother. It’s a lot of money and overrated.
Pros:

The cleaner was super nice to us, she was cleaning the elevator at the time, let us in, nice convo, nice person.

Cons:

First they charged us $100 for checking in even when we paid online. Had I known this was going to happen I would not have booked here. Also if you use your credit card, they can’t give you the money back until 3 days later but they want you to pay straight away. This is ridiculous- and on check out, the person seemed surprised we were charged $100. This should be stated in the booking area. It is not!! I feel like you have to be a certain type to get charged that. Anyway, this annoyed us for the rest of the stay. Everything was a sour experience from here on in, will never stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay
Pros:

I loved our room, the location, the staffs were friendly and accomodating.

Cons:

The food menu in the restaurant for room service was limited. Not much to choose from. Wish they have more varieties of food to offer.

We were looking for a somewhere posh for a birthday treat. Room was great.
Pros:

Quick check in and check out. Comfortable, clean room.

Cons:

There must be a night club close to the hotel. Despite being on the 8th floor it was still disturbing from 10pm to 2am.
