Hated it and will never come back there again
Pros:

I didn’t like anything , insects bugs 919 room u couldn’t even shower the floor had lead and mildew and white stuff on the ground and head of shower very bad experience and would like my money back

Grands espaces!
Pros:

La salle de bain était magnifique et chambre spacieuse. Le personnel du comptoir d'enregistrement est accueillant et serviable.proximité du mayfair mall. Mon fils a apprécié la salle de sport

Cons:

Ambiance un peu sombre.pas suffisement de gel de douche. Même si verbalement, on nous a dit que nous ne serions pas facturé, nous avons préféré ne pas nous connecter au wifi de l'hôtel .

I wouldn't recommend staying there with so many other options in town.
Pros:

Breakfast and waiter were great!
I stayed there because of a wedding reception I was attending.
Nice flooring instead of carpet in room.
Every employee, except for the man at front desk was very pleasant!

Cons:

For the price, not a bottle of water in the room?. When I mentioned it to receptionist, he literally said nothing and just looked at me.
Bed was comfy, pillow awful. Hard as a rock.
The cleanliness: shower grout was moldy, hair on the sink and a FINGERNAIL CLIPPING on the in-room settee. Yuck.
Noise carried from elsewhere until around midnight- I was on floor 4.

Perfect Hotel!
Pros:

My brother stayed at the hotel. He lives in Kyoto Japan. He comes to visit the Milwaukee/Wauwatosa area and really loves to stay here perfectly located great amenities enjoyed the restaurant and the location.

It was a comfortable room but I had to sleep in sweats

Cons:

The heat in the room wasn’t working properly and it was cold turned up but was not working in morning staff gentlemen said they are working on heat it’s been a problem the stay was comfy but it could have been better much better with heat on a cold night ☹️

Pleasant, comfortable, and convenient are the best words I can use to define our experience.
Pros:

Tasty and convenient breakfast in a nice location.

Cons:

The lobby was chilly. But it was really cold outside. So I understand that the HVAC in the lobby may have been stressed.
