Pros:

タオル等の毎日交換してもらえたのは良かった。
洗濯機、乾燥機が使えたのは助かりました。
電子レンジが各階に設置されていたのも便利で助かりました。

Cons:

壁が薄く隣の声が聞こえるのが気になった。
部屋の入口のドアノブが固く閉める度に各部屋音が鳴った。

特にありませんが、寝間着として用意されているガウンはデザインも質も良いのですが、その代わりに、上下に分かれた2ピースの簡単なパジャマがあるとより快適に過ごせるのではと思いました。
