Pros:

It was clean and close to everything

Cons:

Very Noisy,bed was 2 singles joined together and you could feel the gap in between ,lounge was very uncomfortable

Our Room was Lovely, very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Desk staff were helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast on Sunday morning was very nice But it took nearly an hour from placing our order. The lady was lovely but was understaffed and very busy.

Great apartments and great location...but eat breakfast out.
Pros:

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in at Toowoomba after many trips visiting family there. The two bedroom apartment was comfortable and clean with plenty of space. Fantastic location directly opposite the main Town Centre mall.

Cons:

Breakfast was a disaster. At $30 a head we expected better service. The apartments had a school group booked to stay that had pre-paid their breakfast, so they knew they we coming. Yet they did no put on any additional staff. The reception staff had to juggle jobs to cope with the numbers. From lining up to order our meals to finally getting them and eating them took us 90 minutes! Had we known this we would have asked for our money back and eaten across the road at the mall.
