Não havia toalhas (informado na recepção na chegada) e não tinha água para comprar no hotel! Meu esposo teve que sair tarde da noite com chuva pra comprar
Falta cabeceira para as camas então as paredes estão manchadas

Localização e do café da manhã.

Cons:

Limpeza dos quartos, ficamos 1 dia sem limpeza e no check-in entragaram quarto sujo e mofado. Não havia Internet e nem sinal de TV em nosso quarto. Pedimos para configurar o controle do ar condicionado por 3 vezes e não fomos atendidos.

O hotel é lindo é pertinho de tudo! Logo ao lado tem um restaurante, o Ô Bar. Meu único arrependimento foi não ficar mais vezes

Quarto estava sem toalhas de banho, sem controle da TV, água estava fria, café sem a tradicional tapioca, salvou a boa educação dos funcionários que deram algumas explicações, foi complicada essa estadia, esse hotel precisa voltar ser muito bom!

Eu e meus filhos chegamos cansados, meu filho 10 anos foi tomar banho, NAO havia toalias para secar o corpo ou o rosto, só chegou no dia seguinte, mesmo agente solicitando a recepcao, avisaram que nao tinha + toalias no hotel, verdadeiro absurdo...Quando toalias chegaram no dia seguinte estavam de fazer dó e piedade, sujas, mofadas, gastas, tive que comprar em uma loja...
Café da manha das 9 ate as 10 NAO reponhe a comida, meus filhos e os amigos ficaram sem comer para ir aos jogos do campeonato, varias pessoas de outros quartos reclamando ☹️😬
Funciinarios desesperadas da limpeza e da cozinha querendo ajudar, porém o hotel nao fornece condicoes de.trabalho digno...

O hotel está em completa decadência. Não tinha toalhas no quarto quando chegamos. Liguei para a recepção, informaram que estariam disponíveis apenas a partir das 18:00. Tive que ir buscar na recepção, pois o serviço de quarto não existe. O café da manhã acabou antes das 10:00 horas. Quando fomos tomar café, não tinha mais praticamente nada. A higiene do quarto deixa a desejar. Quem puder, não se hospede aqui.
