Un horror!!

Hotel viejo, sucio y mal cuidado...
Cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitación que no era al llegar y verla bajamos a reclamar y nos cambiaron de habitación
Las almohadas son piedras la limpieza brilla por si ausencia, las luces de las mesitas no se ven ni encendidas, no hay cortinas "visillos" por lo que tienes que mantener a oscuras la habitación si quieres mantener la privacidad.
Al irnos nos quisieron cobrar 50.000 dong por qué decían que una toalla estaba sucia por qué al tirarla al suelo por qué se salía el agua de la bañera la pisamos con las sandalias que te proporciona el hotel... (El suelo sucio obviamente) La piscina sucia y dejada...
La ubicación horrorosa aunque de eso ellos no tienen la culpa..

Le personnel, la chambre et la logistique pour un départ dans une autre ville.

Cons:

Le sol de la chambre pas très propre, cheveux et poussière au sol en arrivant, 2 serviettes alors que nous sommes 3 et la piscine pas de système de nettoyage c'est la même eau tous les jours et il y a des petits déchet au contour de la piscine.

Cons:

Un peu loin du centre, rien autour, les restaurants ferment très tôt. De plus que les snacks et le mini bar est facturé à la fin du séjour. Faut pas vouloir faire des grasses mat le petit déjeuner est de 6h30 à 9h30, ferme très tôt

Don’t do it.

Nothing we walked out without staying

Cons:

The pictures don’t reflect a true picture of the hotel. The swimming pool is accessed by steps which don’t appear to be safe. Yes we checked out the pool area before leaving. The bedding was dirty we had to ask for help taking or suitcases up to our room. The staff are clueless on leaving they booked a small car to take our three suit asked and hand luggage. Thankfully we booked the Frazer Suites which is an amazing place.

Pros:

Fajna lokalizacja poza centrum turystycznym. Dostępny basen. Ładny, dobrze wyposażony pokój. Miły personel.

Cons:

Brak śniadań pomimo istnienia w ofercie na bookingu. Dostaliśmy upust z ceny w wysokości 200.000 dongów na 2 osoby za 2 doby. Jednak za taką kwotę nic w pobliżu się nie zje.
