Silenzio, comodità, certezza
Pros:

Conosco la catena e mi trovo sempre benissimo. Staff cordiale e professionale, ameneties disponibili, camera bella e anche spaziosa per un hotel in Giappone. Letti molto comodi, area spa interessante, anche silenziosa. C'è una fermata della metro vicino all'hotel e diversi conbini per uno snack last minute.

Cons:

Sinceramente niente, consiglio di andarci.

Overrated hotel
Pros:

Nice lobby and outside areas, small and lovely onsen

Cons:

Our first room was extremely smelly and all over the floor dirty patches - changed the room which was better, however still big cleaning issues not matching the Japanese standard

A quiet place to relax away from the busy crowds
Pros:

The staff were incredibly polite and the hotel itself felt very serene. It was a great place relax after every day full of walking and sightseeing and just a few minutes walk from Yodoyabashi station, perfect for the Mido-Suji line and onwards trains to the likes of Kyoto. The bed was possibly the most comfortable I’d ever slept in and the more mature relaxing feeling was mirrored in the guests, we never got disturbed once during our stay.

Cons:

They do have a public bath but tattoos need to be covered. It’s not really a fault of the property, this is just how things are in Japan, but worth noting if you have tattoos and want to use the facilities

落ち着いて眠れるホテル
Pros:

落ち着いて清潔なホテルでした。エントランスからいい香りがして気分が良かったです。
朝食はビュッフェ形式で、数泊して色々試したくなるくらい種類豊富でした。
大浴場も、混み合いすぎていることもなく落ち着けました。女性用の大浴場にはリファのヘアドライヤーとPOLA の基礎化粧品があり嬉しかったです。大浴場にいかなくても、アメニティに入浴剤があるので楽しめると思います。

Cons:

クイーンベッドのある部屋を予約したのですが、サイズが少し小さめに感じました。寝心地は良かったです！

Pros:

Prachtig hotel. Lobby is heel mooi en stijlvol. Afwerking kamers is niet van dezelfde orde. Kamers eerder klein, doch normaal voor stedelijk Japan.

Cons:

Rooms were very small, bathroom was too small so floor would become flooded when having a shower. No space between twin beds so they were practically 1 king bed

Ruhige Lage mit vielen Restaurants, sehr gute ÖV-Anbindung ans Zentrum (5 min. zur Metro). Auch die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und die Freundlichkeit des Personals sind hervorzuheben.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind wirklich klein und die Doppelbetten ebenso - das ist für eher hoch gewachsene Europäer eine Herausforderung. Auch gibt es keine Kommoden oder Schränke fürs Gepäck. Man muss aus dem Koffer / der Tasche leben.

Buena ubicacion, en una zona mas tranquila pero bien conectada con todo, lo cual agradecimos mucho. El onsen muy completo y limpio.

Na recepcji pięknie pachniało, dostępne było dużo kosmetyków i przyborów higienicznych które można było dowolnie zabierać, obsługa była bardzo miła i pomocna. Onsen był nowoczesny i czysty, jak z resztą cała reszta hotelu
