A place to call home in the bustling Osaka
Pros:

This hotel is absolutely amazing for what it can provide. Though the rooms may be on the smaller end it does not fail in providing the upmost comfort for the size it has. The staff, absolutely amazing, both for Japanese/Foreigners together. The location has many restaurants around and is 5 min walk in between to metro stations for easy transportation throughout Osaka.

Fresh towels & coffee/tea/water each day
Free calligraphy and Takoyaki lessons
Free spa (no tattoos allowed)

Cons:

Tattoos are not allowed for the spa or the massage, even with tattoo covers/stickers
No closet
AC was super noisy even for only a little bit of cooling
The walls of the bathroom seemed to be made of super thin material, everything was hearable and if you fall, you may take the wall with you

Super fijn verblijf in Osaka!
Pros:

Super schoon hotel en een fijne locatie in Osaka. In een wat rustiger gedeelte wat heerlijk is na een dag vol prikkels. Zelfs een Refa stijltang en krultang ter beschikking om te gebruiken! 10/10

Pros:

Ett otroligt prisvärt hotell som verkligen överträffade våra förväntningar. Allt kändes superfräscht och genomtänkt, och servicen var fantastisk från början till slut. Det märks verkligen att hotellet har tänkt på alla små detaljer för att gästerna ska trivas.

Onseområdet var också väldigt fräscht och lugnt, och hela hotellet hade en harmonisk atmosfär. Det är faktiskt en av de bästa vistelserna jag har haft.

Vi uppskattade också att hotellet erbjöd gratis aktiviteter för gästerna, bland annat prova på japansk kalligrafi. De hade även en kortare matlagningskurs som lät väldigt intressant, även om vi tyvärr inte hann delta.

Väldigt lugnt, fint och välskött hotell som jag verkligen kan rekommendera.

Das perfekte wohlfühl Hotel für einen Trip nach Osaka
Pros:

Wir waren hier leider nur für 2 Nächte. Am liebsten wären wir länger geblieben, da das Hotel so toll war. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und bequem, sowie sehr sauber! Es gibt auch noch ein öffentliches Bad, welches wir aber leider in der kurzen Zeit nicht genutzt haben. Das Frühstück ist auch super: mit eigener Omelette Station! Das Personal war immer so unglaublich bemüht und freundlich und wir haben uns daher hier sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir können es wirklich nur empfehlen!

A very cosy escape in the middle of the busy city, with a fantastic onsen and lots of amenities. They even offered us umbrellas for the rain.

Cons:

Not the biggest room ever, and our window only had a view of a wall.

Great location and good value for money. Friendly staff and breakfast was excellent.
Pros:

Location is quiet and close to malls and attractions. Easy to get around via train. Clean and no nonsense. Not huge rooms but they work well enough. Good air con and friendly staff.

We usually don’t pay for included breakfast but we did so accidentally and it was well worth it. Such good value.

Cons:

Could have used a small table or chair in room.

Très bel hôtel, au calme et confortable
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, chambre soignée (déco zen et bien pensée), lits confortables, onsen propre et efficace, petit déj très complet et varié (entre le style japonais et occidental), personnel au top

Cons:

Les lave-linge / sèche-linge sont un peu désuets - les deux laveries sont petites et bruyantes - et les ascenseurs sont longs.
