⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Uitstekend hotel op een toplocatie. Ideale uitvalsbasis om Osaka te ontdekken, met een metrostation vlak om de hoek. De kamers zijn comfortabel, netjes en voorzien van alle nodige faciliteiten. Het ontbijt is verzorgd en biedt voldoende keuze. Na een drukke dag in de stad was het heerlijk ontspannen in de onsen. Wat ons vooral is bijgebleven, is de vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel. Iedereen stond steeds klaar om te helpen. Een absolute aanrader voor een verblijf in Osaka.

Would 100% recommend!
Pros:

This hotel was so nice, peaceful and just fab. The area was quiet but easy to get to the trains to go to the busier locations. I'm so glad we stayed here, by the end of our trip, we needed somewhere quiet. All the restaurants in the area were also really great, high-quality but not too expensive food.

Very good hotel, everything but the fridge was perfect
Pros:

Clean, spacious and modern room. Close to 2 different train stations. Close to convenience stores like 7/11 and family mart

Cons:

Pros:

We were given fresh towels everyday regardless whether we asked the room to be cleaned, which was very nice.
I liked that the staff agreed that I enter the spa even though I have a tattoo (although it's a small and cute tattoo) when the rules dectate no tattoos.

Generally the staff were very kind and the hotel was clean and welcoming.

Cons:

It's very minor but I wasn't sure how to hand the used towels without asking the room to be cleaned.
We stayed for 6 nights and we didn't want the room to be clean everyday because all our stuff was scattered around the room, but fresh towels kept coming everyday (which was good). So we ended up with 3 sets of towels in the room between clean ups.
I wish there was a more obvious way to hand back used towels when the room isn't cleaned.
