Nice place, great staff… room was a little bit of a let down

Cons:

The toilet wasn’t working, it had been repaired before we checked in, the top of the unit was off the tank and I refitted it, had to keep messing with the ballcock to make it work. Could we have gone and asked for another room… maybe they had one?? But it was 11.30 pm and we had been travelling for 19 hours and just wanted to sleep… so that’s what we did.

Highly recommend
Pros:

Well, check in took some time. Two staff working. White girl, very unpleasant, and a black dude, which I checked in with. He was super cool and on the spot. I liked his service.
Elevator system is the best I ever experienced. You pre press your floor, and only for you an elevator comes, and very fast. No waiting or crowded.
Spa, hot tub was very small, and full of chlorine that it was foaming lots. I got a skin rash from that! But still cool spot, plenty of towels.
Breakfast was good. I liked it, scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, very yummy, and waffles, orange juice.
If you like just a night clise to the airport, highly recommend this hotel. Free Shuttle is going every 30mins.
Room was clean, bed was very comfy

Cons:

White girl at check in, very unfriendly, no smile. Not someone you like to see after 15hr flight.
If you have a car, parking is very expensive

공항에 가깝다

Cons:

인터넷 데이터 사용이 전부차단되어 공용wifi 만 사용해야함. 민감한 정보를 사용하기 꺼림찍 함. House 시설에 예약했으나 그릇, 식기, 포크조차 없음. 커피마져 돈을 내야함. 차량을 건너 주차빌딩에 파킹하고 프론트에 와야 하는데 입구에서 카드로 무조건 요금지불해야 함. 24시간 프리패스는 호테로 와서 돈을 낸 다음 가능함. 여러 사항에서 이런 호텔은 처음 경험함.

Comfortable, convenient and clean
Pros:

The room was spacious and I loved having the kitchenette in the room. The complimentary airport shuttle also made my stay so convenient. The free breakfast was nice too!

Cons:

I was in an inside room which meant there were no windows. This made the room so dark and without any natural light. I didn’t realize that was the case when I booked the room. It was not clear that there would be no windows in the description (or I could have missed that).

This visit was far more personable than the firsy
Pros:

We Arrived 7 hours before check in time sooner than expected as we were driving from Az, upon arrival i went to front desk to see if i can at least utilize parking garage w/fee fior our overnight stay as my son was dropped off at SoFi for the BTS metch line w/ no place to park, since I was already at the hotel waiting I asked if can have the free breakfast, & she said of course. When I came back to check in that afternoon there was a long line and an employee (Mgr)? Was apologizing for the wait & happily giving out bottled water fir the inconvenience. Breakfast, was delicious, room & bed very comfy., staff friendly & accommodating.better experience than our 1st visit.

I don't know if it's part of the hotel's responsibility but the parking garage and elevators were filthy, btw our first time here we were stuck in between floors for 20 minutes in that garage elevator.

Would not stay again with parking fees!

Easy and easy out. Room was very nice.

Cons:

We paid a lot of money for a room for one night literally just the night, and the parking is $25? That’s a freaking rip off!!!

We came in late and had to leave at 3:30 am to catch our flight. When I was trying to check in, I was standing there with all my bags for five minutes waiting while some lady at the desk just kept telling stories to the guy that should’ve been checking me in. He should’ve told her let me check this person in real quick.
