A good place to stay in LA if you have transportation, but limited when you depend on taxis.
Pros:

The room is clean and tidy. The gym and pool area is good. Breakfast offered good options overall. Staff was excellent generally! It is a safe place to stay and close to the airport.

Cons:

Limited options both with the buffet breakfast and at the restaurant. In an industrial area with other hotels and easy to access LA tours from the area.

Never staying here!
Pros:

Property did not answer the phone. I tried different numbers and not one picked up. Upon arrival our room was not ready. Check in was at 4 we arrived at 6:30. They gave us no estimated time for our room. We would’ve waited but the fact that we could not contact one single person prior to arrival was frustrating. I have never had this happen before with any hotel. Will never stay at a Hyatt.

Cons:

Location was close to the airport which made us so congested. The elevator in the parking structure which was shared didn’t work.

Pros:

Je n'ai pas du tout aimé, sur l'annonce il y avait vue sur le lac, chambre avec douche et baignoire, ce n'était pas le cas et c'est bien dommage,
le petit déjeuner pas top non plus, très déçue pour le prix, parking en plus à 48$ la nuit.

The reservation process at check-in was hectic and very stressful.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

We had a terrible experience at check in starting with we had to wait two hours for our room because housekeeping was way behind. There was confusion with our reservation as the staff said our reservation was cancelled. Also, poor communication from the staff upon check in about the hotel.

Good hotel, lousy shuttle service ruined my stay
Pros:

Restaurant served good food .

Cons:

Shuttle service was absolutely horrible. Was told they run every 30 minutes. Not true, twice i had to wait at the terminals up to an hour. When I called the customer service number, they lied to me saying the bus was 3 minutes away. 20 minutes later it arrived.
