Restaurant was great
The location, the friendly pub atmosphere, the lovely food. The staff were all amazing.
Small room for the price.
The hotel has a nice homely feel to it, with a great bar and dining area. Great meals, in particular, a generous breakfast included with our stay. Convenient parking. Friendly and welcoming staff.
Hotel rooms are light, airy, comfortable and clean, and with tea, coffee and bottled water and juice available.

Staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. It was great to have a fridge too. Dinner was extremely good, the menu choices were interesting, and our food was prepared and presented beautifully. Our waitresses were engaging and chatty.
The room we had was beautifully furnished but had no window that opened and given the heat wave we're enjoying it would have been good to have been able to open a window during the night.
A fantastic hotel and restaurant, nice view out of the window. All the meals were excellent and would definitely recommend eating there.
The room was a little bit tired.
Clean, spacious comfortable room.
Friendly, helpful staff.
Delicious food.
Lovely hotel, perhaps slightly overpriced for the facilities available. A chair in the bedroom would have been nice. Food on offer was very good both at breakfast and dinner.
The overall stay was nice and only a few minutes from where we were attending a wedding, the food was amazing and the manager was very friendly and helpful
Our first greeting wasn’t to friendly off the bar staff when we were trying to check in, we didn’t feel comfortable, but the following day was much better, also we could hear a lot of movement from the pub upstairs, it wouldn’t put us off staying again though.
朝食がとても美味しくお部屋も素敵でした。
Great staff, excellent food and drink and great location. We liked the beer garden.
Room a bit “tired” and therefore slightly overpriced.
Friendly, attentive staff from checking in to leaving on all areas. Fab location, easily walkable to Settle in 10 minutes Sunday Roast amazing, lovely beer garden, great views. Our room std double comfortable & clean. Tray for muddy shoes is a good thing too. Great rear car park as well.
Think the space in std double which is cozy & clean, makes it limited but would prefer a small hanging rail instead of 9 small drawers & a hobbit cupbard for hanging clothes& nowhere to pop toilet bags in bathroom. Wouldn't stop me staying again for sure.
Friendly and very welcoming and catering for all requirements
Lovely atmosphere great food and drinks
Food was really good. Breakfast had the usual selection of cereals granolas and fresh fruit/yoghurts. Hot food also available including full english, and various egg dishes. Quality excellent!!
We stayed at the hotel as we were attending a wedding in Settle just a stones throw away. We were given room 8 a ground floor room at the back of the hotel. Very comfortable, and clean, but not overly big. Main criticism was the draught blowing through the door. A draught excluder would be useful. I would not want to stay in this room mid winter!!!
