Comfortable, quiet, but where are the humans?
Pros:

Hotel is a short walk from the train station. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable, with a good bed and decent Wi-Fi. Complimentary coffee in the common area and some apples were a nice touch. Overall, it was a good option for a short overnight stay.

Cons:

The main downside was that no breakfast was served during the weekend, which was a little inconvenient. The hotel also has self check-in with no staff at reception, and no other visible staff anywhere. Pre-arrival communication felt automated, so we wonder if we were talking to AI or to a real person. It would have been helpful if this had been clearly explained on the website and before arrival, so we knew what to expect.

Pros:

Es handelt sich um eine nicht stornierbare Buchung die nicht angetreten worden konnte, die nicht kulant storniert werden konnte, ich aber das Hotel von 2022 noch kenne und zufrieden war! Demzufolge bewerte ich nur die reine Kommunikation zur Stornierungsanfrage.

Hotel ist schön, gepflegt und gute Lage.

Cons:

Kommunikation schlecht! 81 Stunden für Antwort.

Neubuchungen werden vermutlich freundlich und zügig innert 2-3 Stunden beantwortet, unpässliche Anfragen haben keine Priorität. Schlechte Kommunikation.

Anmerkung: Es war ein Grossanlass, das Zimmer wäre problemlos wieder verkauft worden (Hotel Löwen und Umgebung ausgebucht), wenn man es am 23.6.2026 wieder online gestellt hätte.

Obwohl schönes Hotel, zählt auch der Umgang/Kommunikation mit Kunden die stornieren möchten. Ich werde das Hotel nicht mehr buchen.
