Pros:

Lovely staff, smells gorgeous in reception, great room, central location

Cons:

The only thing I found hard was the noise from traffic outside at night. That can't be helped as its a central hotel

Comfortable room - below average service
Pros:

The location was great, parking right next door, close to attractions for walking and getting by car was easy.

Bed was pretty comfortable, liked the styling in the room and the lighting was good.

Cons:

Staff were beyond unimpressed with the presence of guests, took ages to find out reservation and were incredibly u helpful when I asked in advance about local restaurants and coffee shops they might recommend or be staff favourites

Clean and sufficient space
Excellent location
Excellent value for money, in fact best value of all the places we've stayed in the Baltics and Finland
We found it peaceful and quiet
Would happily stay again

Cons:

No power point near a mirror for a hair dryer (very minimal issue given the value for money)

Забронировали 2 номера по 100Евро, зашли . Но девушка с рессепшна 10 минут разговоривала по телефону. Нас просто не приняли. Возможно считали нас не платежоспобными, это очень низко с вашей стороны . Оставили неприятный осадок о Каунасе.

Pros:

patogi vieta, prieinama kaina.

Cons:

pusryčiai, maistas ne šviežias, šaltas. Tikrai prasti pusryčiai.
Parkingą paskaičiavo kaip mokamą, nors mašina stovėjo lauke miesto parkingo vietoje po 20val kai nemokamas stovėjimas ir išvykome anksčiau nei 8 ryte.
