Wystrój bardzo ładny

Cons:

Zachowanie personelu, tak jakby był za karę w pracy. Zero uśmiechu zero kontaktu wzrokowego zero dzień dobry. To bardzo dziwne bo personel - dziewczyny młode do takiego miejsca powinny dodawać pozytywnej energii a one wszystkie naburmuszone. Dodatkowo jedna cecha wspólna bardzo bardzo długie sztuczne paznokcie - jedna z dziewczyn ok 6-8 cm (!) nie mogła pisać na komputerze a kartę podawała bokiem… dziwne to jakieś i odstraszające.

I stayed at this hotel with my spouse during our vacation. The hotel was in a great location, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The customer service was excellent. Our room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. I especially liked the LED light under the bed, as it made it much easier to see when getting out of bed during the night.

A,very nice hotel in the heart of Kaunas Close to the Old Town and New Town. Coffee shops and other shops walking distance. V good WiFi. Very comfy beds. Good bfast
