Nettes Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Pros:

Es liegt direkt an einer S-Bahn-Station, war aber nicht laut. Es war sauber und das Personal freundlich. Das Zimmer war klein, aber praktisch und das Bad komfortabel. Und das Frühstück war wirklich gut.

Cons:

Ich war für eine Nacht sehr zufrieden. Ich habe nichts auszusetzen.

Sehr zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Badezimmer war der Star bisher.
Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt an der S-Bahn, direkt an der Bushaltestelle und mit dem Auto kommt man auch gut dorthin.
Ich fand die Lage sehr gut, man kann gut essen gehen und einkaufen.
Das Frühstück war zwar etwas teuer, aber hier wird wirklich jeder froh. Wenn man sparen will gibt es aber genug Angebote in der Gegend.

Cons:

Wenn man eine ruhige, gemütliche und schön gelegene Lage sucht ist das Hotel vielleicht nicht ganz das Richtige, dafür ist man mitten in Berlin.

Kann man machen!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausreichend vielfältig. Das Parkhaus war groß und geräumig.

Cons:

Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten gebucht. Das Zimmer war so klein, dass es faktisch kaum Zwischenraum zwischen den Betten gab. Größe entsprach für mich eher einem Einzelzimmer.
