Pros:

Impeccable hospitality! The entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. There was always someone available 24/7 to help with anything I needed.

I felt as if I were being welcomed by friends.

The hotel is only a 5–8 minute walk from the town center, and you can even watch the hot air balloons in the morning.

Highly recommended!

ecelente ubicacion, a 5 minutos caminando de todo. No probe el desayuno porque me levanto tarde

no me gusto que los chicos que atendian la administracion fumaban tanto que habia olor solo en la administracion. En el resto del hotel no habia olor a cigarrillo. De todos modos la predisposicion del personal 10 puntos, muy amables todos

Gelungener Aufenthalt in einer magischen Gegend
Pros:

Aufgrund der guten Bewertung haben wir uns für dieses Hotel entschieden und haben es wirklich nicht bereut. Die Lage vom Hotel ist perfekt mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht von der Dachterrasse. Das Servicepersonal ist jung und dynamisch, sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Sie gaben Tipps für Ausflüge usw.
Das Frühstück war hervorragend und hat den türkischen Standart weit übertroffen.
Unserer Zimmer war sehr groß und alles wirklich sauber und gepflegt.
Wenn man mit einem Mietwagen kommt ist auf jeden Fall genug Platz um zu parken.
Wir können das Hotel für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt hier in Kappadokien wärmstens empfehlen!

Excellent séjour a Balloon cave Hotel
Pros:

La gentillesse extrême naturelle du personnel, la chambre avec sa décoration typique Cappadoce et sa très bonne literie , cet hôtel est très propre et très bien agencé, situé a seulement 5 minutes à pied du centre ville en fait tous les avantages du calme "pas de bruit de camions de livraison des boutiques et restaurants", très très bon petit déjeuner buffet avec du choix servit en terrasse avec vue panoramique sur la montagne et cheminées de fées avec possibilité de voir le matin de bonheur le vol des montgolfières. Le personnel est toujours aux petits soins pour vous et vous propose à des prix défiants toutes concurrences des activités et notamment le vol en montgolfière. Nous recommandons très fortement cet hôtel, vous ne serez pas déçu. Karin et Christophe

Wärmstens zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, hatten einen Mietwagen aber in Görem selber kann man alles zu Fuß machen. Und das Personal ist erstklassig! Super nett, unfassbar hilfsbereit, wir waren sehr happy, auch wenn wir trotz 5 Tagen Aufenthalt die Ballone wetterbedingt nie gesehen haben.

Wonderful stay for couples
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed.

They made our experience truly seamless by easily booking activities for us and offering helpful guidance throughout our stay, which made it so much easier to explore the area and enjoy everything the destination had to offer.

The amenities were excellent, well-maintained, and added great comfort to our stay. Overall, the hospitality was outstanding, and we felt genuinely well looked after from start to finish. We would happily return again and highly recommend this hotel to others.
