Cons:

So it says when you book the property that it has AC, one night it was super cold and I then realised there is no AC at all, why would you include Air conditioning in your facilities if you dont have a functional one ??? Also, the TV didnt work, 1 nescafe capsule, one provided was already used, only 2 towels for 3 nights stay and 2 people. Also, they tried to charge me outside Booking.com for some "damages" done to the bed sheet which is absolute nonsense, first time I have ever experienced such thing, are we not guests or we are just bag of money to you to not care about anything but taking money from us??

Bad communication and no parking space available for which I choose this particular accommodation
Cons:

It was not specified that we should book parking space in advance and that it is paid. We arrived late in the night and it was difficult to find a parking space so we paid around 35€ per one night at the parking at the corner. Not happy at all!

Pros:

Very good apartment in a very good location. The apartment is like new, and it is very clean.
Comfortable. I liked to stay here.
The staff is also nice and helpful, they answer quickly on requests. The check-in and check-out is easy and understandable.

Pros:

Location is good and many restaurants and grocery shops in the vicinity.

Cons:

First of all, it is not a hotel rather like a Airbnb facility. Hotel name is misleading.

No staff.

Checkout time is 10am, which is earlier than standard. And late checkout is 40 Euros per hour.

No formal reception area and building keepers were rude with almost zero communication.

No lights functional in the corridor at 4th floor.

Very dirty corridor and nobody cleaned it during three days of stay.

No room temperature controls functional.

Missing center table in the living room.

No tissue papers in the kitchen and living room.

Shower gel and hand washing soaps were same.

Nagyon jó a szállás elhelyezkedése, tömegközlekedés, éttermek kis távolságon belül vannak.

Cons:

A foglalásunkból egyértelműen kiderült, hogy Mo-ról, magyarként foglalunk, ennek ellenére a szállás elfoglalásáról szóló egyetlen írásos tájékoztatás angolul érkezett és a spamben landolt. Javaslom, hogy fontolják meg, hogy a magyar vendégeknek magyarul is adjanak tájékoztatást. Megértem, hogy zömében külföldiek foglalnak Önöknél és ezért még akár indokolt is az angol nyelvű tájékoztatás is, de magyarként elvárható az is, hogy magyarul tájékoztassanak. Megkérdezték az érkezés időpontját, ami félrevezető, hiszen nincs portaszolgálatuk (akkor mire is való a kérdés?). Este negyed 10-kor érkeztünk és információk hiányában nem tudtuk a szállást elfoglalni. A portán kiírt telefonszám át volt irányítva, ahol egy hölgy röhögve közölte, hogy ezen a számon nem a szállás érhető el. Érdekes módon másnap délelőtt ugyanezen a telefonszámon már a szállásadóval tudtunk beszélni. A kulcsszéfben olyan kártya volt, ami nem nyitotta az ajtót.*******6
Ami pozitívum, hogy watsapp-on gyorsan megkaptuk a megfelelő segítséget, és egy óra alatt sikerült bejutnunk a szobába. Innentől már minden simán ment.
