Location was really good, right opposite the mall and loads of restaurants around the area. Rooms were spacious and clean and great staff.

I love the Telegraph Hotel - the friendly staff, the style of the decor, the spacious clean and comfortable rooms.
The kitchens must be a long way from the restaurant because food doesn't stay hot very well. It's delicious, just not hot enough.
The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was also spotless with an efficient shower. There was plenty of space and I liked having a Roberts radio and a desk for writing. I felt that the room temperature was just right.
Although my room had a window, the outlook was internal and unappealing. I was disappointed with breakfast. The machine coffee (Flat White) was too hot and the flavour was poor. Overall, the lay out was not easy and there were no trays. The large plates were under a cover so it was not evident where they were.
The reception staff were not able to provide me with simple information about getting a bus to the railway station.

Location is great, but feel price could be lower to compete with the premier inn, has not really much difference in your rooms compare to the premium rooms at PI so would stay more if prices were same
Personally I feel the bathroom are missing toilet brush. Well ours didn’t have one, every bathroom should have this.
The location is really nice
The reception staff was extremely rude during our stay. The receptionist rolled her eyes when we asked a simple question. She also assured me the room was clean, but when I went upstairs, it wasn't ready and I had to wait longer. Because the cleaning was rushed, the housekeeper left rubbish behind from the previous guests.
Later that evening, I called reception to request an extra duvet. The staff member who answered incorrectly claimed that three people were staying in the room. I was shocked, as this was my first call and I was simply asking for items for the second registered guest since a second set was never provided
