The location is very good.
I was put in a very dark room with no windows on the first floor. And I was told that it says on the room description that there were no windows in this type of room. But when I checked, it wasn't written anywhere 😞
I had to pay more money to have a room with a window.

We had to wait too long for dinner on Saturday night. We realise that there was a birthday party occasion at the same time.

I had an excellent stay — genuinely one of the nicest hotels I’ve used in a while. The staff were friendly, the room was spotless, and everything felt well looked after. No complaints at all about the facilities or the service.
The only issue was the bed. It was one of those setups where two singles are pushed together to pretend they’re a double. As a larger chap, I naturally drift into the middle — straight onto the ridge where the two mattresses meet. Not painful, just awkward, and it made for a rather uncomfortable night’s sleep.
If the hotel offered a proper double mattress, it would have been a faultless stay. Everything else was exceptional.
