Entorno precioso.. El trato fenomenal. Tienen una vitrina refrigerador y un microondas a disposición de los clientes por si quieres guardar bebida fresca, yogures o incluso algún alimento, muy útil dado que los horarios de comidas son diferentes con respecto a España. El desayuno muy bien.

Cons:

Las instalaciones son sencillas, sin lujos, pero muy bien.

* The staff were helpful, friendly, and welcoming.

* Breakfast is served as a fixed set menu and is insufficient.
* The hotel is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, which makes the property feel deserted and somewhat unsettling.
* The playground ramps do not appear to be safe; children could easily slip and fall.
* The furniture and facilities are very old.
* There is no air conditioning, and the rooms become very hot.
* The lake-view rooms do not feel secure, as someone from a neighboring room could easily access the balcony area. In addition, passports are not checked upon arrival, it’s a major security issue
* The room doors do not have an internal lock.
* There are too many insects around the property.

Très bon séjour . On recommande cet hôtel pour son cadre, sa propreté, l’amabilité du personnel.
Pros:

L’hôtel est situé en campagne près d’un étang et face à la montagne au sommet enneigé. Magnifique cadre.
Il y a une petite ferme composée d’enclos très propres avec des alpagas , un lama, des brebis , des oies, des lapins etc… idéal pour les familles car il y a aussi des jeux, un mini golf
Petit déjeuner très complet , on a redemandé du café et du pain qui nous ont été rajoutés sans problèmes.
Le personnel est très souriant et fait le maximum pour nous parler en Français.
On a pu confier nos packs de glace pour les congeler la nuit.

Cons:

L’ascenseur s’arrête au premier étage, pour les valises ce n’est pas l’idéal à un certain âge.
Nous sommes arrivés en plein service de restauration le soir et nous avons cherché l’accueil. En fait c’est un petit comptoir entre la cuisine et le restaurant et c’est la même personne qui sert à table et fait l’accueil.
Nous étions un peu perdu mais ce n’est pas grave. L’employée s’est montrée très accueillante dès qu’elle nous a vus.
C’est la campagne et il y a des mouches dans la salle à manger.
Le repas du soir n’était pas fantastique : cordon bleu et röstis trop salés et frites « moyennes ».

Hotel ist vollkommen ausreichend wen man keine hohen Ansprüche hat.
Pros:

Die ruhige Lage war sehr schön.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hätte Abwechslungsreicher sein können. Wir waren eine Woche da und es gab jeden Tag die selbe Wurst, den gleichen Käse.
