Leider von Mal zu Mal schlechterer Service
Pros:

Die relativ zentrale Lage/ gute ÖPNV-Anbindung

Cons:

Ich war in den letzten Jahren bereits mehrere Male in diesem Hotel.
Allerdings wurde der Service immer schlechter:
So gab es z. B. zu Beginn noch für jeden Gast in diesem Hotel die Karte für den ÖPNV, später dann nur noch für H-Rewards-Members, nun nur noch, wenn man direkt über die Homepage bucht.
Auch Gratis-WLAN nun nur noch für Members.
Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgt nun nur noch auf Anfrage. Ich habe bei Ankunft an der Rezeption die Zimmerreinigung für die beiden Folgetage gewünscht. Allerdings an beiden Tagen nicht erhalten!
Um frische Handtücher und Toilettenpapier musste ich mich dann selbst kümmern.
Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft auch nicht tip top sauber: es lagen einige fremde Haare herum.
Ich hatte übrigens Zimmer 270. Das Wasser im Waschbecken läuft sehr schlecht ab.
Genau das selbe Zimmer hatte ich im August 2024 schon einmal. Damals lief das Wasser auch schon miserabel ab. Und in knapp zwei Jahren bekommt man diesen Fehler nicht behoben?!
Schade, denn ich war bisher eigentlich gerne Gast in diesem Hotel.

Così così.......
Pros:

Belle le camere e bello l'ambiente. Posizione abbastanza comoda, ma hotel è stato scelto apposta vicino al lavoro. La colazione buona anche se un po' costosa.

Cons:

Prima di tutto il materasso, scomodo e poco stabile, nel senso che se ti mettevi vicino al bordo, le molle interne cedevano e rischiavi di cadere, abbastanza surreale . Premesso che peso 68 Kg.
Camera rumorosa, ero nella camera 422 all'ultimo piano, e ogni 40 minuti / 1 ora, sul tetto partiva una turbina, forse il condizionatore centrale, facendo un sibilo veramente fastidioso.
Mi aspettavo che la camera venisse sistemata la mattina, invece sono rientrato la sera tardi e l'ho trovata come l'avevo lasciata con le finestre aperte e il letto sfatto. Ma forse è una caratteristica dell'hotel

Pros:

Lage fast direkt am U und S Bahnhof Barmbek. Betten sind bequem. Kühlschrank vorhanden im Zimmer

Cons:

Bei einem Frühstück für 19,00 erwarte ich Rührei aus echten Eiern und nicht aus Trockeneipulver,desweiteren Lachs oder Heringssalat oder ähnliches. Auch die Auswahl bei Käse und Wurst ist eher mit Billigprodukten bestückt.
Kaffee und Tee und Obstsalat und Brot bzw Brötchen Auswahl waren okay.
An der Rezeption musste ich, meiner Ansicht nach zu lange warten,obwohl ich der einzige Kunde war. Die Dame an der Rezeption meinte, sie müsse erst noch 20 Adresszettel in den Computer eingeben bevor ich einchecken kann. Sie nahm aber Telefongespräche an und zwischendurch beantwortete sie Fragen von Gästen. Am Automaten selbst einchecken funktionierte bei mir nicht. Meine Daten waren nicht gespeichert. Erst als ich ungeduldig wurde, hat sich die Dame bereit erklärt, mich einzuchecken. Der Kollege war in der Pause und konnte auch nicht helfen. Für so ein teures und renommiertes Haus ist das alles unangemessen.
Desweiteren müsste in der Dusche der Schimmel in der unteren Ecke beseitigt werden....

There was no shampoo in the shower dispenser , this should be check after every check out the bottle was empty. But we were have our own personal hair shampoo.

Kurztrip nach Hamburg
Pros:

Die Lage, das Personal, problemlose Buchung, Zimmerreinigung auf Anfrage..gute Klimaanlage , es gibt ein Parkhaus um die Ecke,wurde aber nicht gebucht von mir ..das Hotel würde ich wieder buchen ..😎

Cons:

Im Bad könnten Kostümtücher sein, beim Frühstück evtl mehr Auswahl,an Obst oder Konfitüre,sie essbaren Schälchen(Marmelade) waren leider vergriffen oder kaputt,..keine Sitzgelegenheit draußen,bzw. Kein Aschenbecher vorm Haus...was man aber vernachlässigen könnte...

Gutes Hotel mit freundlichen Personal
Pros:

Ein zentral gelegenes Hotel mit sehr guter Anbindung mit S und U Bahn.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Auch das Frühstück war ausreichend. Gut ausgestattete Zimmer.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit gerade im Bad hätte besser sein können. Die Handtücher sollten teilweise aussortiert werden, da sie bereits Löcher haben.

Gute Lage

Cons:

Personal an der Rezeption war sehr kühl. Kein Housekeeping Service. Wenn die Gäste mehrere Tage bleiben, wann wird das Zimmer gereinigt? Ich musste mir Handtücher und Toilettenpapier nach Anfrage an der Rezeption abholen. Gegen mittag wollte ich ein Espresso bestellen, da wurde mir mitgeteilt dass die Bar zu ist? Ist ein 3 Sterne Hotel und hat definitiv keine 4 verdient!!
