Very disappointing stay due to misleading information, poor customer service, and unfair charges.
Pros:

The only positive point was the hotel’s location. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was disappointing.

Cons:

Basically, I believe this hotel committed fraud against customers through misleading information on Booking.com.
We checked out one day early because the room was much smaller than advertised and was not suitable for our family. Despite leaving early, the hotel refused to refund the unused night. The staff were unhelpful and rude when we requested a partial refund. The parking information was also misleading. The website stated €18 per day, but we were charged €2 per hour instead, which cost much more than expected. Overall, we felt misled and did not receive the level of service or facilities we paid for.

Accueil tres professionnelle, bonne explication pour aller garer la voiture, emplacement juste en face du métro.

Cons:

Le lit pour 3 personnes etait trop juste mais l hotel nous a prévenu directement par message donc on n etait pas surpris de dormir a 3 dans un lit de 2 mètres. (Famille 2 adultes et 1 enfant de 9 ans)
