Bra hotell, uinspirert personale.
Pros:

Bra beliggenhet, 10 min til fots til jernbanestasjonen. Hadde rom mot fjellet. Helt stille om natten. Fin frokost.

Cons:

Med unntak av en servitør virket personalet uinteressert.

Amazing stay for work, would love to go back and explore the region more
Pros:

i like the spacious room. I had a view of the mountain side and it was very nice, would love to see how the rooms on the river front were. Well ventilated with a window and balcony door that can open. Very important for this time of year with the very hot weather. breakfast spread is good and caters for all needs.

Cons:

A refrigerator in the room would have been nice to keep extra water at a cold temperature and some fresh milk. But it doesnt really ditract from the great service

Geweldig fijn hotel, prijs kwaliteit meer dan in orde!
Pros:

De ontvangst is allerhartelijkst. Er wordt goed meegedacht met parkeren. Wij waren er voor 1 nacht op doorreis. Er is parkeergelegenheid direct tegenover het hotel maar om de hoek ook een parkeergarage waarbij je bij het hotel een parkeerkaart gereduceerd kunt verkrijgen. Het ontbijt is echt goed en helemaal fantastisch is het dakterras!

Bad Ems ist eine Reise wert!
Pros:

Moin, die Lage des Hotels ist echt sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal war sehr bemüht.In ca. 700 meter entfernt befindet sich ein Parkhaus und dort kann man ,mit einer Wochenkarte für 4 Euro pro Tag parken. Man kann alle lokalitäten und Lebensmittelgeschäfte (ca. 4 km.)mit dem Fahrrad erreichen. Der Höhepunkt in Bad Ems ist mit Sicherheit die Therme, echt toll ,da sollte man unbedingt hin gehen.Die Kurwaldbahn ist auch zu empfehlen.Im Großen und ganzen war es ein erholsamer Urlaub.Für den Kurbeitrag gab es ein Gutscheinheft und das wurde auch überall anerkannt und es gab keine Probleme die einlösen!

Cons:

Das Parken vor dem Hotel ist nicht so günstig und es ist ein wenig die Zeit stehen geblieben. Stellenweise fehlen Gefahrenschilder!

Excellent location. Great rood terrace, nice to spend an evening overlooking the Lahn. Good place to park the bike. Flexible about check in time, let me in the room several hours before official check in free of charge. Very big room and bathroom.
