Careful of these people, they overcharge the hell ourt of you. They charged me nearly $1000 more. The one evening I forgot my card at the table as well and the waitress charged me double what I wrote down. Pathetic
Area around pool was lovely, water temperature was great, restaurant experiences were good and staff was friendly.
Pool water could have been somewhat cleaner.
Bei Check out will sie dann doch plötzlich 55 Dollar.
I have NEVER slept on a "foreign" bed & woken up without being stiff & sore! The staff were top-notch! We went for a wedding (5/29-5/31) & Niecey was kind enough to show me what I can eat that was gluten-free & vegetarian at the rehearsal dinner/cocktail party the night before. I was served a delicious glute-free pasta with a nice, chunky marinara & cauliflower steak. I'm not really into cauliflower, but this was so good, I was happy to have it at the wedding too! Tara was serving our table at the wedding & she was equally as fantastic! My only thing is I wish there was a gluten-free option for dessert. I'm not expecting cookies or cake, but fruit can be quite a pleaser (great for vegans & diabetics (berries, especially) too). Overall, nice atmosphere, clean rooms, wonderful employees...probably the best experience I have had at a hotel! Give Niecey & Tara a raise!
Close to ferry. Friendly and helpful staff
Area around the hotel really not nice, pool/spa facilities were poor - no changing areas or gym. Very noisy at the weekend - full of non guests
The least luxurious stay for tricky lux pricing. Some add-on $55 per day fee gets you glass of wine at check-in and a cup of coffee in the morning - if you ask. The spa lounge is lovely; can't speak for the services. The hotel room was so tight you could barely walk between the beds. No closet for your clothes, just a few hooks on the wall and underbed drawers that were impossible to open. We had to ask help from a housekeeper who gave the drawer a very hard , loud kick to get it open. We had to stick something on the side (at her suggestion) to keep it from closing again. The restaurant adjacent - Maggie's - is attractive and comfortable, with good food and excellent servers. The bakery/coffee shop is ok for takeout coffee/sweets. Nice short walk to the beach, which is lovely.
Bequeme Betten, geheizter Pool, Aussicht. Essen im Poolhaus (teuer aber gut).
Je nach Windrichtun, erbärmlich stinkende Kläranlage!
I recommend NOT staying here. It's like staying at a Best Western for Ritz Carlton prices. I went with friends and we got a room with two beds - they gave us a room with twin size bunk beds! Like we were at summer camp! We were able to get that changed but even the upgrade was a ridiculously small room. The barrel sauna closed too early, the yoga teacher missed her calling as a drill sergeant (and was discriminatory), the hotel charges for late check out. There is simply very little to recommend this hotel.
Celebrated my first daughters and husbands birthday , of course brought the little one. The stars was amazing and super helpful through out the stay. The pool side was so fun. I believe his name is Shawn who’s is from F&B what an amazing guy! Really made the stay easy and fun for the family. Thank you
We were leaving, but there was a clothing branding shooting, they weren’t really mindful is space. Not the hotels fault.
Beds were amazing, balcony and view were super lovely
Check out was really early and there was a mandatory charge for check out
Breakfast was expensive!
Beach spa hotel on Rockaway near JFK. Enjoyable recovery spot or layover. Greeted with sparkling rosé at happy hour, dinner onsite, sunset at the rooftop bar; then enjoyed yoga, winter pool club, bagels & bicycles on the boardwalk!
