Stressful Stay, Misleading Listing, Poor Service
Pros:

The apartment was spacious and clean and well equipped.

Cons:

Our stay was unfortunately very stressful and disappointing.

From the moment we arrived, there were several issues that significantly affected our comfort. The air conditioning was malfunctioning, blowing extremely cold air continuously and refusing to turn off. Despite reporting the problem immediately, it took over 24 hours for someone to come and fix it, which made the room very uncomfortable.

In addition, the safe in the room was not working, causing further inconvenience during our stay.

We were also disappointed by the misleading description on Booking.com. The property was advertised as an "apartment with sea view," but in reality it only offered a partial sea view. This was not what we had booked or expected.

Finally, we were particularly disappointed by the attitude of Jaime, who was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful when we raised these concerns. Rather than trying to resolve the issues or show empathy, his behavior made an already frustrating experience even worse.

Overall, the combination of unresolved maintenance problems, misleading advertising, and poor customer service made this a very unpleasant stay. We will not choose to stay here again and cannot recommend this property based on our experience..

- Amazing view enhanced by the panoramic windows
- apartment well equipped
- location is good
- good combination of apartment and hotel, having all the apartment facilities and hotel facilities (bar by the pool, breakfast, etc)

Cons:

- mold in the washing machine
- reception said they would send somebody to clean it at 11 on our 2nd day. Nobody ever showed up by the end of our stay
- no soap is provided at all and they are quite frugal with the other consumables (dishwasher tablets, shower gel, shampoo) - though to be fair we did get an extra kitchen set when we asked for another dishwasher tablet

Que nos esté más cerca de playa con arena. Piscina con demasiada gente para su tamaño.

Nos encanta este lugar
Pros:

Las calidades del apartamento son excepcionales, súper cómodo y muy bien ubicado. Mucho silencio para relajarte completamente con unas vistas maravillosas.

Cons:

Algunas de las toallas estaban manchadas y el servicio de limpieza no pasó por la habitación en los 4 días que estuvimos a pesar de poner el cartel dos de los días.
