Despite some mechanical issues the stay was great
Pros:

Cons:

The sink was clogged. Tried moving the drain plug. The mechanism didn’t work. Tried calling front desk. The phone didn’t work.

Very Welcoming and Comfortable
Pros:

The hotel was quirky and comfortable. It felt like staying in an IKEA. The decor was simple, colorful, and functional. It was all very welcoming.

Cons:

It wasn't explained that there was a $50 incidental charge upfront. It's not a big deal, but I had to call to find out why I was charged extra. I'm waiting for it to post in my account to make sure it's corrected.

I arrived late, after 11pm. The bed looked as if it had been slept in, restroom needed cleaned and the ac unit waa covered in mold. I have pictures and sold to front desk attendant. I was told general manager would call me and I have yet to receive a call. I slept in my car the majority of my time there because of the room. Check cameras and you'll see.

Public area good, private not so much
Pros:

Breakfast was good and the woman managing the setup did a wonderful job of keeping everything clean and organized. The hotel decor is bright and cheery.

Cons:

On the downside, our shower had visible mold and water damage, our room was small with no armchair for relaxing and the AC unit was loud and didn't seem to remove humidity properly. Everything in the room felt slightly sticky. The bed was also too firm for my liking, leading to sore hips for this side sleeper.

Cons:

I notified receptionist about musty air right after check-in. Asked to replace A/C filter. A guy came with... towels! And had no clue about A/C. By midnight I got an SMS they are happy to help with anything. So I reminded about musty air. Got a reply back saying no one can help before morning when we were checking out. No reimbusement offered. Even partial.

It would have been good except for the bug bites and the refusal of my refund request.
Pros:

The location was convenient but not aesthetically pleasing because it was directly adjacent to a major highway.

Cons:

I awoke on the first day with multiple extremely itchy bug bites. They were in clusters, indicating likely bedbugs, although I didn't find any actual live or dead bugs. I had a 2-night stay planned, but checked out after the first night. I first asked for a room change, but I was told that the hotel was fully booked. I requested a refund of the charge for the second night of my planned stay, since my room was uninhabitable and I didn't stay the second night, but I was still charged for 2 nights. Very unhappy with this experience.

Nice hotel and clean. We enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Location was close to Motorsports Country Club, Grocery store, and dining options. The lounge area is nice, clean and a good spot to eat some carry out. This was our second time staying at the location and we plan to next year as well.

Cons:

The floors may be a little thin. The room above us was river dancing, building furniture, or dragging something across the floor every morning just before my alarm was set to go off. This is not a complaint about the hotel. I just thought I would mention it and it did not affect our stay. I just really wonder what the heck they were doing up there. haha
