Pros:

The restaurant staff was really nice and attentive

Cons:

You had to pay for every little thing. They had water bottles in the room but if you weren't a diamond member you had to pay $3 per bottle. They also had QR codes to see amenities services but it didnt work. Other than that it was decent.

My husband and I had a nice weekend away and were very pleased with the hotel and would stay here again!
Pros:

Beautiful garden patio area, Clean and quiet.

Cons:

There didn’t seem to be free WiFi, seems a little ridiculous these days to not have free WiFi, you had to be a Hilton member. That is a basic feature at most hotels that is included with your stay.

Overall a great & comfortable stay. Will definitely stay again.
Pros:

Location, facilities, very clean. Pretty close to lots of amenities. EV charger was a bonus. Above all the staff was nice enough to accommodate my request for an air purifier (due to severe allergies) & it was already running when we stepped in. Thank you!

Cons:

The space between the toilet seat & sink was not enough. Toilet roll holder was way too back & inconvenient to grab the toilet paper. Overall weirdly designed bathroom.

I booked originally the Hilton garden in downtown, I do not understand why we end up at the other Hilton, far away from everything and it took half an hour for the staff to find my reservation, I am a Hilton honors member and was treated like a second class citizen.
