I joined family for a few days of rest & recreation. The location was excellent, just down the road from the N.C. Arboretum. Rooms were exceptionally clean & beds very comfortable. The highlight of our stay was our breakfast waitress, Vanessa, who gave warm & friendly service. She made serving multiple tables look effortless. The 4 days of breakfasts & one evening meal were all above quality that you would expect in a hotel setting & at a reasonable price. The restaurant/bar & joining outside courtyard were a delightful & relaxing atmosphere for adults to start the day or to wind down at the end of the day. I will definitely book again when visiting Asheville.
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Robbie was the best! We ran into some issues on our end and he went above and beyond to help. I’ve seriously never experienced such great service. I couldn’t recommend this place more!
We got on late and had traveled from Birmingham so we didn’t get up in time for breakfast. I also didn’t know if it would have been at no cost. I am a Hilton member but didn’t know.
It would have been better if the breakfast had been extended later. We thought 9:00 was too early.

Pillows were awful. One wasn’t enough and two was too much. Stay would have been perfect with better pillows.
The bartender was very knowledgeable and informative about The Biltmore. The Biltmore Chardonnay wine was excellent. Our food was hot and good! I had the Veggie Primavera - plentiful and I should not have eaten it all.

This hotel is beyond excellent. We stayed 2 nights there. The minute I walked in the door, someone was saying hello. The two front people working the desk were so nice and friendly. We woke up the second morning to the sweetest note from Reginald. I have never gotten a sweet thank you note. The assistant manager was so nice also. He fixed our TV and I enjoyed talking to him. This hotel has a great place for dogs. Our yorkie was very happy to stay there. Overall, best experience we have ever had in Asheville. I would stay there again for sure!

Wonderful experience. The decor of the hotel was cheerful and our room was spacious and well organized. Breakfast for each of the three mornings we stayed there was delicious. Vanessa was terrific! She was pleasant, responsive and had lots of helpful information about places to visit in the Asheville area. We will seek out other Hilton Garden Inns when we travel from now on.
The restaurant staff was really nice and attentive
You had to pay for every little thing. They had water bottles in the room but if you weren't a diamond member you had to pay $3 per bottle. They also had QR codes to see amenities services but it didnt work. Other than that it was decent.
Food was perfectly prepared, fresh. Waitress was polite, personable. Facility was very clean.
