Guest Reviews
My experience at ibis Budget Barranquilla was truly wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I found a welcoming, comfortable, and clean environment, perfect for relaxing and enjoying my stay.
I would especially like to recognize Viviana Quintero and Karina from the housekeeping team for their outstanding service, kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. They were always friendly, helpful, and attentive, making sure our room was spotless and that we felt comfortable throughout our stay.
Great hospitality is not just about the hotel facilities; it is also about the people who make guests feel welcome and appreciated. Viviana and Karina truly represent the spirit of excellent customer service and made a positive difference in our experience.
Thank you both for your dedication, hard work, and genuine kindness! I sincerely hope management recognizes and appreciates these two wonderful team members because they are a true asset to the hotel.
I highly recommend ibis Budget Barranquilla and would definitely stay here again. Five stars for the hotel and its amazing staff! ❤️
Location
Wasn’t clean, the bed was extremely uncomfortable.
