Falta de consideración con los huésped y sobre todo con el los niños.

La ubicación. y el desayuno, el personal que sí ve el desayuno muy atento, pero las chicas de la recepción muy pedantes y nos mandaron a qué buscarámos otro hotel, porque viajamos con nuestro nieto y cuando hicimos la reserva lo sabían, y no nos dijeron que había que llevar una carta de los padres, no nos dieron solución nos mandaron a buscar otro hotel, que gente tan inhumana y ya habíamos pagado, nos dejaron más de 2;horas en recepción con un niño y sin almuerzo, porque llegamos a la 1 y media de la tarde.fue terrible., no recomendamos este hotel, y nosotros tampoco volveríamos.

El alojamiento queda muy bien ubicado en toda la zona comercial del norte de Barranquilla, fácil transporte y personal ameno.

Cons:

El baño, es muyyy incómodo, tiene mal diseño. Porque está dividido en 3 partes, una cabina donde está el servicio q es diminuta (debes bajarte los pantalones antes de entrar para sentarte), un lavamanos está ubicado fuera del baño, en la habitación y finalmente, una ducha la cual tiene una puerta transparente en frente un espejo, por lo cual como éramos 2 y no somos pareja era muy incómodo. La habitación es para 1 sola persona por espacio a pesar q contaba con 2 camas sencillas
