Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Everything:
1. The room smelled very stuffy and it was not very clean
2. The room was very, very old and badly designed
3. Windows could not be opened for airing out because of many spiders on the outside
4. The breakfast was very bad
5. Yamagata is not a nice city to visit.

6. Most importantly: for such a high price, this hotel quality is absolutely injustified !

I do not recommend this hotel to any international tourists.

楽しかった
Pros:

お早が広くて（湯殿山）眺めもよく、ご飯も美味しかったです。スタッフはみな親切で居心地が良かったです。
山形、寒河江ともに初めて訪れましたが、宿泊施設もとても良かったので、またぜひゆっくり訪ねてみたい場所です。

延長コードや血圧計など、貸してもらえる様々な便利グッズがあったこと、とてもありがたかったです。

Cons:

あまり感じることはありませんでした。

Best stay ever!
Pros:

Staf new my name. The room was huge. Breakfast was delicious. The onsen was so cool! Thr outdoor bath was separated into halfs. One half for bathers and the other half was a koi pond. Ive never seen that before! Such a relaxing stay.

Cons:

Be warned the exit off the yamagata expressway is etc only. I had to drive another 30 minutes to find the next exit.

Un soggiorno rilassante
Pros:
