I liked the smell and the cleanliness. The apartment is very spacious.
Nothing I was scheduled for a full weekend and as I get there we were hit that we had to pay 30$ per night for parking why this was the hotel parking not a third party parking, additional to the 657.$ we were paying, when we booked the 2 rooms i advise it was for 4 ADULTS i was never giving the option to choose the room so we got to the room and it was a queen bed and a Sofa yes a sofa bed with a thing mattress so we go down stairs to the front desk there was a total of 8 in our party i asked the lady in the front desk if she can help me to switch the room she said she only had 1 room with 2 queen size bed but it was going to be an additional 75 $ so as a person that worked in Hilton b4 in corporate i asked her if I can be relocated with my party of 8 oh and let me mention they had charged me already for the 1st night she told me she didn't have no were to relocate us and that i had booked thru a 3rd party that was booking. Com we proceed to cxl the reservation stay the one night and leave as i go to ck out I went to talk to the front desk as i had called corporate and was trying to advise Mr Charles and he proceed as well to prush me off very quickly. So I keep all my information and have contacted corporate.
Be aware you have to pay to park in there parking per night i will never stay at this location again.
We could not find access to the beach
When we got there we had been driving for 5 hours and they said your room isn’t ready for check in.She said you’re welcome to sit and wait and I will let you know when your room is ready.So we sit in the lobby as we watched others walk in and get to check in on time that part was a bummer.The lady at the desk wasn’t all that friendly either and told us we would have to pay everything if we canceled the stay and that was a lie.Then a few days later we tried to get our room extended and to me after the incident that’s the least they could do to accommodate us after the whole bad experience but no the lady informed me we couldn’t extend our stay an extra night.So I’m sorry I probably won’t book again with this place.I work in a public job so I know how people should be treated.
The Staff wasn’t friendly and the pool was foggy and not clear it was nasty.

They don’t clean your room until you check out I had to ask for towels all the time
Breakfast was good but could improve with keeping food hot.
Did not care for the pool it was too small, no hot pool option, & would also be nice to have an actual stove for cooking in the rooms.

Bathroom sink in lobby worked sometimes and didn’t work other times. There was no water this morning so no showers or anything before leaving.
