Everything was fantastic! No complaints at all.

Very clean, loved everything abt the place.
My fiance loved it more than I did lol.
I really want to give this hotel a better rating but I cant because of all the hair I found in the shower that grossed me out.
The hotel itself is pretty new and in a good location close to lots of restaurants and a grocery store and sits to the back of a courtyard
The rooms are large and for the most part clean , just dont know what the miss was when they cleaned the bathroom
Since I was there for just one night, I used my wipes and cleaned it myself before a shower , but still , it was a clear miss
Marriott chains continue to disappoint me when compared to Hilton or Hyatt at the same tier level
Great location very close to Kirkbree country club for the wedding we attended. The room was spacious, a king bed and pull out couch a huge desk area and nice spacious bathroom and walk in shower. Kitchen was a bonus as we didn’t need to use it but the extra counter space was spectacular for curling irons makeup and accessories. Our daughters got ready with us and we had plenty of space to spread out. The front desk staff was great and the hotel staff was also very friendly greeting us in the hallways etc. very nice. They let us check in at 2pm which was super nice and the check out is only at noon which is unusual most hotels are 10 or 11am. Even though we checked out well before noon we were glad to know that this is the checkout time as in some situations that is a very good thing.
I wish the breakfast had been going on a little longer. We thought it was until 9:30 because I quickly read it on the way to the elevator but it was only until 9am on weekdays and 9:30am on Saturday’s and Sunday’s. I think it should be until at least 9:30 on weekdays and until 10 on weekends.
The only hotel I would stay at in Smithfield/Lincoln area. Staff is as nice as can be and the hotel is very clean. Close to many good restaurants and very convenient if you have kids at Bryant University.

It has a great floor plan for your stay, If you're staying longer than a day.
The T.V./service. Was out of T.V for 2 of the 3 days I stayed. When your looking for a place to rest and unwind what's the a hotel without a t.v during a snow storm.
The responsiveness and helpfulness of the staff, particularly the front desk (Regina?) and maintenance staff (Hector?). Commendable response time in clearing snow!
Some infrastructure could use upgrades or maintenance, and a back-up generator could provide incentive for customers to want to visit or return.
