Very convienient location, nice, clean, comfortable, modern and great customer service, thank you Residence Inn by Marri
Pros:

Great location very close to Kirkbree country club for the wedding we attended. The room was spacious, a king bed and pull out couch a huge desk area and nice spacious bathroom and walk in shower. Kitchen was a bonus as we didn’t need to use it but the extra counter space was spectacular for curling irons makeup and accessories. Our daughters got ready with us and we had plenty of space to spread out. The front desk staff was great and the hotel staff was also very friendly greeting us in the hallways etc. very nice. They let us check in at 2pm which was super nice and the check out is only at noon which is unusual most hotels are 10 or 11am. Even though we checked out well before noon we were glad to know that this is the checkout time as in some situations that is a very good thing.

Cons:

I wish the breakfast had been going on a little longer. We thought it was until 9:30 because I quickly read it on the way to the elevator but it was only until 9am on weekdays and 9:30am on Saturday’s and Sunday’s. I think it should be until at least 9:30 on weekdays and until 10 on weekends.

Very dissatisfied at no discount for not having T.V.
Pros:

It has a great floor plan for your stay, If you're staying longer than a day.

Cons:

The T.V./service. Was out of T.V for 2 of the 3 days I stayed. When your looking for a place to rest and unwind what's the a hotel without a t.v during a snow storm.

The responsiveness and helpfulness of the staff, particularly the front desk (Regina?) and maintenance staff (Hector?). Commendable response time in clearing snow!

Cons:

Some infrastructure could use upgrades or maintenance, and a back-up generator could provide incentive for customers to want to visit or return.

It was okay…
Pros:

The room was nice and large. The kitchen was appreciated. The bathroom was large and the shower was massive.

Cons:

The sofa bed was thin and springy… our kids almost preferred to sleep on the floor. The bathroom vents didnt work. The ac was great but the fan blowing it out was dirty and had a weird smell. The tv didnt work. The stored linens for the couch bed were dirty.

Pros:

Lincoln mall is 3 minutes walk, the facility is spotless, the pool and fitness, breakfast was very good and the suites are large and comfortable.

I can’t say enough about the location and staff. Everything was exceptional.
Pros:

People were very nice and accommodating. When I was checking out I was waiting at the front desk and one of the housekeepers saw me and right away said, have you been helped and let me go and get someone for you.

Sleepless night
Pros:

Facility was clean.

Cons:

I had 2nd floor room overlooking roof of first floor. That roof had all kinds of mechanical apparatus that was extremely loud and ran all night. I was awake the entire night.
