Should provide more hangers and more tea and coffee sachets. Not everybody drinks jasmine tea.

Hotel location was excellent.
The room's size was ok.
The lobby was beautiful.

Cons:

No pedestrian acces direct to the hotel lobby. We had to passed the other lobby located at GF, which was not comfortable n it was opened only after 10AM. If we had to go out before 10am, so we had to walk in the driveway, which was not safe. Hopefully, the hotel will provide pedestrian access soon.

The bed was too soft, so not to comfy.

Also, the towels provided were not new n too thin. The hotel should provide better towels..

Best option for accomodation I Bengkulu for a lay over after staying at a surf camp. Great breakfast and helpful friendl
Pros:

Comfortable hotel in Bengkulu. Good if you are looking for a break from the street. Fantastic local breakfast spread. Very friendly staff

Cons:

Noisy services on some levels. Noise travelling through service ducting on 9th floor. Had to move floors. Staff very helpful either this.

ドアを開けっぱなしにして、ホテルを自宅のように使っていた
廊下でタバコを吸っていて、怖い印象があった

Strategic Hotel, Cozy Room, Complete Facilities
Pros:

This was my first time exploring Bengkulu, and I picked this hotel mainly because of its super strategic location—surrounded by plenty of places to eat and close to various tourist spots. Historical landmarks like Rumah Pengasingan Bung Karno, Rumah Ibu Fatmawati, Gereja Santo Yohanes Penginjil, and Benteng Marlborough are all just a short distance away.

The room was cozy and nicely cooled, the bathroom was clean, and the amenities were complete. I also loved that they provide a water dispenser for easy refills—such a nice touch.

Facilities-wise, it has everything you need: a swimming pool, a gym (with classes available), and even a playground.

The breakfast spread was pretty solid and filling. I also tried pempek for the first time here, and it was sooo good!

Also, if you arrive before check-in or have some time to kill after check-out, no worries—there’s a working space at Andune Lounge on the first floor. For just an additional Rp50k, you’ll get bread and a drink.

Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Bengkulu. Thank you for the warm hospitality!
