If you want a great place ina great location this is your place
Pros:

The hotel is stylish, not too big to be anonymous and not intimate and rooms are spacious and really well furnished. The location is super convenient in a central and vibrant neighborhood near to everything. Staff is super nice and friendly. A really great place to stay

Great location, delicious breakfast, very friendly accommodating staff. Our only concern was the shower floor.
Pros:

The property is lovely and very Art Deco. The breakfast room is amazing

Cons:

The shower floor was so slippery we almost fell several times. Really need a non skid mat.

הדלת לחדר נטרקת רק בהפעלת כוח, יש המון מתגי תאורה בחדר וקשה להבין איך לכבות את כל המתגים כשהולכים לישון, חדר קטן יחסית.

Schönes kleines Hotel in Top Lage. Zimmer sind wirklich klein aber für uns ausreichend da den ganzen Tag unterwegs. Personal und Zimmerservice waren Top. Es wartete sogar ein kleines Geschenk für meine Schwester zum 40. Geburtstag im Zimmer. Gelungene Überraschung. Klare Empfehlung.

Great staff but we wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

Great location, staff went above and beyond to fix a couple of issues we had. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with organising transfers etc.
Breakfast was nice and decor in communal areas was lovely. Daily service was also good.

Cons:

There were a couple of things that needed fixing which were attended to very quickly.
Unfortunately there were also some other issues - very uncomfortable pillows and broken tiles in the shower. Not just small tile cracks but breaks in the shower large enough for you to cut your foot on if you weren’t careful and not really acceptable for a hotel with their rating and prices.

Pleasant stay but need more attention on common conveniences for guests
Pros:

Excellent location, clea, beautifully decorated rooms, high tech lighting and facilities.

Cons:

Room with poor view given despite request for a good view well in advance. Lack of soundproofing and common conveniences such as tissue paper, tumbler cups in bathroom, storage drawers, full length mirror. Most importantly being able to change thermostat temperature without have to request front desk to do it remotely.
