Prisvärt nära spårvagnen
Pros:

Bra läge och prisvärt alternativ till att bo inne i Göteborg. Hyfsat nära spårvagnen. Fint rum och fint hotell. Frukosten var bra.

Bemötandet

Cons:

Det gick inte att betala parkeringsavgift i parkeringshuset. Det gick inte att starta tvn. På frukosten var både bestick, glas, och flera saker på buffén slut. Hissarna måste ha varit fel på eller underdimensionerade? Vid varje tillfälle tog det väldigt lång tid att få en hiss som man fick plats i. Vi valde till slut trapporna istället för att det var ingen mening med hissen.

Både Booking och hotellkedjan kör med vilseledande marknadsföring. När jag bokade inkluderades frukost. Väl framme vid incheckning informeras om att frukost inte inkluderas. Tråkigt och dåligt!!!
