Kleines, gemütliches Hotel, Preis Leistung hat gestimmt.
Pros:

Das Zimmer 9 hatte eine gute Ausstattung, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher waren vorhanden. Das Bett war ok, das Frühstück ausreichend, Sonderwünsche, wie Rührei wurden erfüllt. Eine Klimaanlage in den unteren Zimmern wäre bei hohen Temperaturen wünschenswert. Gaze an den Fenstern gegen Plagegeister waren vorhanden.

Cons:

Fehlende Klimaanlage, Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Ein Außenbereich fürs abendliche Beisammensein hat leider gefehlt.

Velmi příjemný provozní a paní pokojská, čisté pokoje, varná konvice, kávovar na kapsle a kapsle k tomu, lednice… prostě vše co nabízejí a k tomu navíc bonus v tom, že to dělají pro spokojenost hostů. Lokalita je klidná s možností parkování auta a dojezd do centra je cca 15 minut vlakem nebo tramvají. Hotel nabízí snídaně, které jsou bohaté.

Slečna na recepci podává špatné informace . Reklamujeme čas snídaně , kterou jsme zaplatili bohužel v době 7h ranní se nepodávala. Tuto informaci nám slečna na recepci dala.

Veľká izba a parkovanie pred hotelom

Cons:

Ak je hotel využívaný ako ubytovňa pre robotníkov, bolo by to vhodné uviesť na stránkach. Bol fakt "skvelý" zážitok sa zobudiť na strašný hluk o 4.30 ráno. Bala som sa, že je požiar... Buchanie a hlasné rozprávanie neutichalo do 6tej.
Reakcia recepčnej na moju sťažnosť bola tiež vynikajúca: bolo mi povedané, že sa ešte nikto nesťažoval. Fakt diki.
