Ideal location, but that is it
Pros:

The location is fantastic.
2 minutes to the castle and high street

Cons:

Very out dated room/facilities.
The bed and pillows were awful
Next door to a night club
Very noisy doors when people going in and out of rooms, needs sound proofing
Could do with a big clean and update of the bathrooms

Fantastic
Pros:

This fantastic room was brilliant in this heat wave. We were booked in the Travel lodge but it was like an oven in there so we left our booked room and found this amazing place!! Air con was fantastic!! Beautiful room. Perfect location comfortable massive bed and pillows. It saved us! Only thing we found that could be better is the shower it was slow and not alor of pressure. We would definitely stay there again.

Disappointingly it’s a boarding house not a real hotel
Pros:

The location was close to the castle but there was no car access

Cons:

1. It is a boarding house not a hotel
2. We asked for first floor due to various demands and even asked the previous week in person but they still put us up 5 sets of stairs without a lift and over 10 pieces of luggage
3. They locked us out before 530 and do not provide a central key just a door key
4. It’s down a back alley next to a busy pub

Pros:

Location was perfect, 2 mins from train station and 5 minutes from Windsor Castle

The "self-service" element of both arrival and breakfast was a bit strange

Good and close to Windsor castle. Very clean.
Pros:

Clean bedroom and bathroom. Good location beside Windsor castle. Entrance up an alley way. Scary at night as nightclub beside hotel with drunk behaviour at night.

Cons:

Scary going into hotel via alley at night time as it’s beside a night club. Lots of loud drunk people with a fight one of the nights. Could be heard and seen from our room.
