清掃スタッフが残念
Pros:

フロントスタッフの対応は丁寧でよかったです。

Cons:

部屋のシャワーヘッドが壊れていた。清掃の際に気がつくほどの水漏れだったので、とても残念だった。

サービスがいっぱいでお得だった
Pros:

フリードリンクが21時まで飲めて、ランドリーもあり、コンセプトにあった人に優しいサービスが沢山あってとても良かったです。

Cons:

ユニットバスが尿の匂いが強かったのと、廊下とランドリーに冷房が効いておらず暑かった。

Super è super!
Pros:

L'hotel si trova in una bella zona, molto ben collegata con tutti i punti principali della città perché la stazione è a 10 minuti a piedi.
Le camere sono le classiche di Tokyo, non aspettatevi dimensioni enormi, ma sono sicuramente funzionali e complete di tutto il necessario.
La colazione è ben fornita e riesce ad accontentare tutti.
Viene offerto anche un free drink la sera per tutti gli ospiti dell'hotel.
Personale molto accogliente e disponibile.

Cons:

La pulizia è un fattore migliorabile, soprattutto per standard giapponesi.
Purtroppo abbiamo trovato anche un animaletto all'interno della camera ma probabilmente arrivava dall'esterno, avendo una camera molto vicina alle scale di emergenza che spesso venivano tenute aperte.

住宿地點離新橋和汐留走路5-10分鐘的距離，附近有全家和一間小超市。
Pros:

可以選自己適合的枕頭

Cons:

1.連住3日，發現早餐重複性高，而且菜色種類很少，跟我第一次在新小岩分店吃的早餐相差太多
2.房間的冰箱冷凍櫃一點都不冰，冰淇淋直接融化
3.打掃不夠乾淨，床頭有發現不知道是不是前一組客人黏的ok蹦，白色床墊掀開來有別人的指甲屑
4.免費酒吧供應時間有點短，這部分不會到不滿意，因為酒是真的好喝，但是希望可以延長到21:30或是22點
