We appreciated the spacious room and cleanliness of the facility.
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable, clean, plenty of natural light as well.

Cons:

Ac unit was loud at night and the elevator was out of order our entire trip which was a little inconvenient, but a good opportunity to get some extra steps in.

Comfort & Peace of Mind
Pros:

This hotel is so comfortable from the time you walk-in to the time you check out. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Everyone had enough space for their own needs while our stay. I had peace of mind during my stay knowing that my vehicle was parked in a safe place and the attendants in the hotel were very knowledgable.

Pésimo, no la recomendaría
Pros:

El hotel es bonito pero muy descuidado, estuvimos 5 días y jamás funcionó el ascensor

Cons:

La atención, no arreglaban bien las habitaciones , no había alguien que administrara bien ese hotel

Poor Maintenance Lowers Experience

Not going back.
Pros:

1/2 elevators worked when we checked in, by the 2nd day both were down. That was a major disappointment. The one that was working at first was also very sketchy and wobbly when using it, eek! They have handicap accessible rooms but no working elevators? Website doesn’t clearly indicate that the breakfast buffet costs $12 per adult and $9 per kid. Some outlets in the room were controlled by a light switch by the entrance door - that was confusing and there were no labels to help with that. Water pressure was great and the room was clean. There was a lot of condensation building in the room like inside the nightstand which I imagine is going to eventually cause a mold problem. Maybe there already was one, not too sure. Won’t be revisiting because of the elevator issue - that’s a must when you have 4 floors.

Pros:

This room was a wonderful space for a family of 5 the kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Pool little small but still very enjoyable, can get a little crowded in the evening. Everything was clean, had coffee pot, microwave, small refrigerator, lots of space to place clothes in the two dresser like things. Safe box. Very close to seaworld less than 5 minute drive. Universal about 20 minute drive away.

Happy to be back again!
Pros:

This is my 3rd stay at the property and each time I've been treated VERY well. Clean, fresh rooms and I felt extremely safe! The staff was also very attentive. Thank you.

Clean and friendly staff
Pros:

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was good. The room was well stocked for our party and the staff were extra friendly.

Cons:

The parking is limited but that's not a deal breaker.

Cons:

2 elevator, ( 0ne of those out service) at the moment to checkout , both elevators are out of service. Everyone take the stairs with luggage. It's very disgusting.
