Todo me encantó muy limpio todo el hotel completo desde que llegas al lobby hasta q entras a la habitación y muy buena ubicación y el personal del lobby muy amable y las que limpian las habitaciones muy buenas personas.

The bare minimum, will not return!
Pros:

The location was perfect.

Cons:

It was only one elevator working, that one stopped working so we had to take the stairs. So happy we didn’t buy any breakfast, because it wasn’t worth paying for. It was black mode or something in the shower.. Probably will try another hotel nearby when we decide to return.

Only complaint was that the elevator broke that evening, but was repaired by the next morning

'Visita com Familia
Pros:

tamanho do quarto para uma família de três pessoas é ideal. A localização é excelente, e o serviço de valet foi um dos grandes diferenciais da estadia. A área da piscina é sensacional, muito bem cuidada e agradável. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel e o recomendaria para outras famílias.

Cons:

"Como em muitos hostels da região, a redução de custos é perceptível em diversos aspectos da operação. Com exceção do check-in, a maior parte das atividades fica por conta do próprio hóspede, o que pode não agradar a todos. Outro ponto que merece atenção são as portas, que são bastante estreitas, dificultando a passagem com carrinhos de bebê, malas maiores ou equipamentos de transporte."

We appreciated the spacious room and cleanliness of the facility.
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable, clean, plenty of natural light as well.

Cons:

Ac unit was loud at night and the elevator was out of order our entire trip which was a little inconvenient, but a good opportunity to get some extra steps in.

Comfort & Peace of Mind
Pros:

This hotel is so comfortable from the time you walk-in to the time you check out. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Everyone had enough space for their own needs while our stay. I had peace of mind during my stay knowing that my vehicle was parked in a safe place and the attendants in the hotel were very knowledgable.
