Wonderful hotel. The employees I encountered were amazing people.

That it was too clean 😂 My trip to TRYP was amazing 🤩 Friendly staff. Probably the best part was walking into a hotel that smelled so good and was as clean as it could be.

beds were really humid like "wet" from the AC. and also floors were wet and the AC was at 74F.

Stay only if you want a motel experience with all the weed contact
Pros:

The hotel was filthy and should be a motel or $25 stay .... if you catch my drift. Human remains, hair in towels, AC wouldn't go down, stains on sheets, idiots playing ding dong Dutch n enough weed smell to take you out!

Pros:

The staff were super friendly.

Cons:

There was no hot water when we stayed and also there was something wrong with the AC because it made the room very humid. We all woke up with sinus issues the next morning.

Horrible smell of the water!!
Pros:

The hotel’s location was good, the room was clean, and the staff was okay. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the horrible smell of the water. It was absolutely disgusting, especially when showering, and even worse when trying to brush our teeth.

The water coming from the faucet smelled like sewer, making it impossible for us to use. We had to purchase bottled water just to brush our teeth. This really affected our stay and is something the hotel management should address immediately.

Nice hotel but just ok
Pros:

Clean rooms, good location and free parking

Cons:

Water in the shower takes too long to get hot. We only stayed one night but if we'd planned to stay longer I would have moved hotels

Poor service and no help when the shower had no hot water.

The early morning person at the front desk was very rude and not helpful when I reported that there was no hot water in the shower. She literally said “well today you’ll just have to take a cold shower.”

Pros:

The staff was great. Check in and check out process is quick. If you need something they take care of right away. Room was clean, as well as hallways and sitting areas. Free parking is a plus.

Cons:

I have an issue with the blanket on the bed. Most hotels do the same thing with the blanket inside of two sheets and I wish they would come up with a better solution, and the room could use a bigger refrigerator.
