It was overall a good stay. The people at the front desk made it worth it.
Pros:

The customer service from everyone was perfect! The parking was free!

Cons:

Make the pictures on the website look more realistic. That you have to pay for breakfast, and that two hotels shared the same pool.

I was pleased overall and would consider staying there again.
Pros:

The site's location to most of the parks, shopping and dining.

Cons:

The A/C unit was loud, the toilet cleared slowly. Also the room had a damp scent.

Quick, easy, short.
Pros:

We liked the location, free parking, and kind staff. The design of the hotel was on both the exterior and interior were nice and modern. Comfortable room and space.

Cons:

We didn’t like that you could easily hear doors being opened and closed next door. In addition, we needed to push our door once closed to hear it click closed. Some of the common areas were as clean as expected but that wasn’t too large of an issue as we understand someone can spill things by mistake and the mess was cleaned by the next morning. Lastly, we didn’t love that you could see that small things weren’t being cleaned or maintained as we would have liked, there seemed to be some mold growing in the shower and it seemed like the space was being cleaned but small details were missed or ignored. Waiting to have a big problem to fix can at times be easier but you can end up missing the mark for some due to it.
