Great location and a nice atmosphere, but the excessive noise from the rooftop really affected the comfort of our stay.
Pros:

I really liked the location, the rooms, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Everything was very pleasant and comfortable.

Cons:

The main downside was the noise from the rooftop, which was right above us. The music was very loud every day, and the sound echoed into the room quite a bit, especially at night.

Location close to work.

Cons:

Our power went out so I booked a hotel close to work. The power ended up being restored earlier than expected, so I canceled the reservation. Only to find two charges on my credit card. The full charge and an additional $100.00 charge. When I called the property to get it fixed, I was told to reach out to Booking because they didn't notify the hotel of the cancelation. I was rushed off of the phone very rudely.

La habitación al contra frente pegado a la medianera no tenía luz. El aire acondicionado hacía demasiado ruido y me tuvieron que cambiar de cuarto. . El ruido que se escuchaba en la habitación que venía de la música del PH. Las colas en el ascensor para subir con la gente que iba a PH.

C’est proche de chainatown, du magasin et de la station de métro

Cons:

Le personnel n’est pas accueillant, le ménage était fait très tard et c’était pas top top…Nous étions 4 et n’avions jamais un linge chacun pour la douche.
Attention, un dépôt de 100$ nous a été demandé alors que rien n’était mentionné sur booking.

Great location, mediocre service, and not a place for families. But If you like to party?!
Pros:

The decor of the building and the rooms are modern. Also, the beds are comfortable.

Cons:

There was a staff member, a receptionist, that was rude and unprofessional. I think you know who she is. She needs training up or out. Also, the hotel is a party location, not suited for families.
