My stay was decent. The hotel needs to do a better job in terms of the quality of security and service.
Pros:

The AC hotel was very convenient for the weekend. It is a 10 minutes drive from Union Station and a nice distance from downtown DC’s nightlife. I enjoyed the City View of my hotel room and how accommodating the manager, Daniela, was during my stay.

Cons:

Because the property is a nice distance from downtown, it created the perfect mix of drama. The rooftop restaurant is a nice touch but there was a particular security guard that was rude during dialogue about access to the roof. My first night consisted of witnessing a man blocking/ preventing people from using the elevator because he lost it at the rooftop lounge. It was obnoxious and left a really bad taste in my mouth. He was very aggressive and because I was so close in proximity to him, literally dodging him from elevator to elevator, I didn’t feel as comfortable as I would’ve liked for the entire stay. My last day, during check out, I had a very nasty encounter with an individual behind the counter, I spent my money at the hotel and she could have respected that simple fact, instead she threatened to charge me more money over a simple misunderstanding. As a consumer and a service provider, that woman should not be working in the service industry, you want people to feel good spending their money before and after. Her tone again, was very aggressive and rude. The iron in the room didn’t work and the phone in the halls way for room service didn’t work either.

Great location, beautiful rooms, and an overall wonderful stay!
Pros:

It was a great location! We loved our room! it was super clean, modern, and very comfortable!

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the parking fee for valet parking — it was $70 per night.

I had a room over looking street and front entry it was very loud, drunkin, laughter, sirens.Be sure to request a room off the street .

Optimale Lage im Stadtzentrum, gute Frühstücksoptionen in der Umgebung. Das Zimmer war geräumig und komfortabel, das Bett bequem, wenn auch etwas weich. In einem der oberen Stockwerke befindet sich ein Club, was manchen interessieren mag. Davon war aber nie etwas zu hören, es war insgesamt angenehm ruhig, trotz Straßennähe. Unter dem Strich.ein ganz schickes Hotel, bei dem Anspruch und Wirklichkeit nur ein wenig auseinanderklaffen.

Cons:

Fenster zur Straße hin nicht zu öffnen, Klimaanlage etwas zu laut, auch im Standby-Modus. Das Frühstück im Hotel war etwas spärlich und dafür absolut überteuert. Das Rezeptionspersonal war eine einzige Enttäuschung, man "verschlampte" einen unserer Handgepäckkoffer. Einziger Lichtblick in diesem Kontext: Andrew Daly, Assistant General Manager, der sich redlich um uns bemühte und wenigstens die Kosten des Aufenthaltes erstatten ließ.

Great location clean hotel
Pros:

The property was clean and trendy. We love the location. Within walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants and pubs. We pretty much walked everywhere around the hotel and loved the friendly stag and reception. The rooftop bar was a bonus even if you don’t stay there still visit their rooftop!

Nice, comfortable stay.
Pros:

The location was quite straightforward from Union Station. Scooter took 7 mins, 30 mins by walking. The room is very spacious, and the bed is quite comfortable.

Water/Ice machine on the floor is amazing, will be better if microwave is placed in the room instead of the lobby.

Cons:

The blinds didn't block the sunlight completely, as there was a tiny gap in between. We didn't know there was a club at the PH, hence it might get quite noisy from nearby clubgoers who booked a room there. They were banging the door, etc. However, jet lag got to us, so we managed to sleep it off.

The soundproofing was quite good as we didn't here any music.
