Good location, old but clean property that deserves a touch up to elevate it

The location is excellent. Rooms were tidy and clean

Cons:

The facilities are very dated. You can tell that it has not been updated for 15-20 years. For example, cupboards were old and peeling, some rust spots all over the bathroom

Highly recommended. Will stay in the hotel again.
Pros:

Easily accessible by limousine bus from airport, super convenient located. Behind is the food street. Very nice view from our rooms

Cons:

Basic functional but wierd that the shower area which is a bath tub don’t have shower screen. So have to be very careful when you shower or will end up wetting the toilet floor

Pros:

Chambre avec une super vue sur la plage de Haeundae. Le lit était très confortable et l’accueil sympathique.

Cons:

Il est difficile la première fois de trouver le bon accueil car 3 hôtels avec des noms similaires se trouvent dans l’immeuble. Il faut d’abord se rendre au 4e étage, puis prendre un ascenseur pour le 6e étage et tous les étages les plus élevés. Les meubles et la salle de bain sont assez vieillissants et mériteraient un coup de neuf. La cuisine mise à disposition n’a aucune vaisselle ni ustensiles, donc pas si utile en l’état.

Amazing sea-view room right in the heart of Haeundae
Pros:

We booked the sea view suite and it was amazing! Location is so prime right in front of Haeundae Beach and the market, and the room is so comfortable. I will definitely stay here again next time i’m in Busan.

Cons:

Its a bit of a hassle to switch elevator from the room to 4th floor first, then switch again to ground floor. But not that big of a trouble.

과일을 먹으려해도 도구가 없으며 전자렌지도 불편했고 접시도 없었구요.코드연결도 실망입니다.
욕실에 비치된 샴푸.린스.바디워시 쓰지말고 사서 쓰세요.

Overall we have a fair stay.

The view is the best thing about the property and distance from the beach and night market.

Cons:

Amenities are not complete. The room I have booked is goof for 2 people but there is only 2 bath towels, the shampoo and body wash container were both almost empty.

Very nice location
Pros:

* Nice location - very close to nice beach and eating places
* Reachable by taxi from Busan station in ~40 minutes
* Comfortable beds
* 2 convenience stores in same building
* Spacious triple room, enough space for big luggages

Cons:

* Ocean view is actually just a slice of it, if you look carefully through another building :)
* For triple room you get only 2 tickets to the pool
* No shower in the pool, meaning anyone can enter the pool sweating
* Mandatory caps for swimming
* Issues with foreign credit cards, no google/apple pay accepted
