Pros:

해운대 해수욕장과 가까워요. 바다 전망은 나름 괜찮습니다. 수영장도 좋아요. 체크인할 때 4층이 아니라 6층에서 해야 합니다.

Pros:

住到有面海景房 高樓層可以直接看到海雲台海灘跟廣安里大橋 房間很大 早上吃早餐可以直接看著海灘 晚上下樓就可以走路到海雲台傳統夜市 離海雲台地鐵出口走路約15分鐘

Cons:

旅館lobby在6樓 但沒有直達的電梯 要先上4樓再轉乘到6樓 有點不方便

Serves its purpose for a short stay. Great location worth it.
Pros:

The location is fantastic for a Haeundae/Busan short stay. Everything is only minutes walk away. Easy walk to subway station easy for luggage. The beds were comfortable and clean. The few staff encountered were friendly. limited English
It served its purpose for a 3 night stay. For international visitors.

Cons:

The hotel and rooms are both due for a refresh, update its a bit shabby. Photos are shiny, and the reality is muted.
Could easily have 4 beds comfortably. We were forced to purchase 2 rooms, which is ok, and requested them to be located together at booking and check-in but was only given the option of separate floors. No help from staff.
The bathroom situation was a different experience, old plumbing no tissue flushing, shower flooded the bathroom easily, and basic line provided.
The kitchen has no utensils or crockery, so crockery is available for hire, by the looks of it.
The 5 elevators are extremely slow, especially in peak times.
The pool was lovely, although it was a different experience in itself. Pool towels are provided, but they are small hand towel or tea towel size and like rags and are not allowed to take into the pool deck area. Only allowed to towel dry in pool lo by area observed by staff not allowed to take to room the hotel public areas/lifts were all wet and slippery from pool visits. Not a relaxing pool/poolside experience more of a mission!
The hotel is a weird combination of at least 3 hotels and permanent/ long-term renters.

백사장 바로 앞이라 산책과 물놀이 후 귀가할때 편하고, 해운대 메인거리에 위치해 모든 상업시설 접근이 용이함.

Cons:

호텔 내부시설이 너무 오래됨. 특히 욕실.
부분바다전망과 바다전망으로 나누고 바다전망의 사진소개에는 방의 통창으로 바다가 보이는 것으로 광고하고 있으나 사실상 부분적으로 바다가 보이고 반은 빌딩뷰임, 부분바다전망과 가갹차이가 있는데 괜히 선택했다 싶게 실망스러움.

下次不會再選擇，太吵，簡陋，換電梯又麻煩
Pros:

地點在大街上，離沙灘也過條馬路就到

Cons:

住15樓了，到凌晨3、4點，還聽得到大街的音樂聲、人群歡叫聲，很吵。電梯也必須坐到4樓再換電梯，非常麻煩。房內很簡陋
