Clean, comfortable, and quiet stay!
Pros:

This place is clean. We had a full fridge, microwave, kitchen set up. Comfortable bed, nice tv, quiet a/c.

Wonderful we love staying there! Dog fee only $10!

It was better than most at 1/2 the price.
Pros:

There was no breakfast. Good Restaurants nearby.
Full size refrigerator freezer was a welcome change.
There were electric burners for cooking if needed.
Bathroom was large and nice.

Cons:

Bed was a little to soft for my taste.

Great Hotel
Pros:

Very clean hotel! The room has a small kitchen with a full size fridge, two burner stove top, kitchen sink and cabinets. This would be a great place to stay if you need an extended stay. The room was very clean and comfy bed & pillows.

Bait and Switch Price for a room
Pros:

We made the rsvp several days prior to the trip and then called back and talked to a hotel staff woman and asked to change the date from Sun to Sat night. She was very helpful and when I asked for a cancellation # for the Sun night one she said she didn't cancel just changed the dates and sent a new rsvp confirmation. When we arrived at the hotel Sat night the two women at checkin told us the person I talked to made a mistake and the correct cost would be $80 more. We showed her our confirmation which is a legal binding contract but she wouldn't change the price to match our confirmation. When we asked to speak to the manager she wouldn't give us his/her name or phone number saying the manager wasn't available. The hotel was fully booked and we could pay the higher price or leave. We left and got a room at a Hilton for much less than the Choice rate.
