Pros:

Great space and location but we did experience several issues - TV did not work and whilst reported took 3 days to be fixed , faulty smoke /CO2 detector which went off several times in the early hours of the morning ( most annoying after a 30 hour long hail flight and several attempts to sleep ). Some unhelpful snd some helpful staff. Made a compliant about the Above issues but this was not responded too.

Enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

We didn’t have breakfast but the location was perfect for us as we could walk to the Abba Arena and we used the underground to get into the heart of London for another theatre show.

Cons:

It would have been nice to get fresh towels without paying for them.

I didn’t love my stay as much as l used to because the linens are old and the rooms aren’t as well cleaned like before

I liked the apartment clean and great location

Cons:

Never slept in such a hard mattress and we were put into a wheelchair adapted room which is fine but toilet is very high for kids

Sehr tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger, schöner Gegend. Early Check in war gegen Aufpreis (25 Pfund) möglich.

Gibt nichts zu beanstanden!
