Pros:

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Very hot day they offered lemon water and made us feel so welcome. The evening porter was exceptional and could not do emough so special shout out to him.

We saw live new mile run world record. Full house Stadium. Great day!

The hotel is value for money. Was let down by the lack of fresh towels
Pros:

The location of the hotel was strategic with the station and Westfield Stratford just a few minutes walk away. We stayed for 1 week

Cons:

The towels were only provided once whether you stay for 1 day or 2weeks ! You’ll be charged for requesting new towels. If we have known that earlier, we would have checked out after 2 days & checked in back into the hotel.

Great staff, cozy vibes and air con.
Pros:

I loved the staff and that thw lobby and apartment where air conditioned. The apartment was a cool 19°C when we got there which was perfect.

Cons:

I would have like a laundry machine in the apartment which would have brought the experince to a 10/10. But there were laundry machines on the lowest floor that we did use.

Place was great, nice location and lots of stuff around. Quick to get to the stadium for the gigs.

Cons:

Price was double than normal as Metallica were playing.
