Pas à la hauteur de mes attentes et de ce que je suis habitué d’un quatre etoiles dans la région.
Pros:

Le toit-terrasse et la vue spectaculaire sur le Lago Maggiore. Les femmes de ménage très professionnelles et très aimables.

Cons:

Le service n’est pas digne d’un 4 étoiles. Pas de concierge, aucune aide pour porter les valises. Le personnel du petit déjeuner ne parle que l’italien et n’est pas aimable du tout. L’hôtel manque de tact et de respect vis à vis de la clientèle en général.
