Eine gute Lage am See, trotzdem ruhig.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war modern, gross, gut eingerichtet und gründlich gereinigt. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und frisch.

Cons:

Es gab die ganze Woche das gleiche Menue im Restaurant.

Stunning Views on Lago Maggiore
Pros:

The Location could not be better. The hotel is situated right on the near Lago Maggiore. We had a very niche and large room with a big balcony overlooking the lake. The view on a bright and sunny day was stunning.
The facilities in the room were very fine and of good quality. The beds had good mattresses.
The breakfast was excellent and all the produce were fresh and of good quality.

Cons:

The mini bar refrigerator in the room did not seem to work.

This does not concern the hotel directly: It seems that all our booking data at booking.com had been hacked. We received WhatsApp messages with my name and exact booking details to click on (which we didn't).The hotel confirmed that we were not the only ones to receive such messages. But somehow we feel violated by that loss of private data.

Cons:

Leider die spezielle Speisekarte für das Abendessen. Hätten sonst sehr gerne im Hotel gegessen.

Die Lage ist perfekt, das Personal sehr nett und das Ambiente edel und schön.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und die Lage ist top!

Cons:

Im Einzelzimmer hat es unter dem Lavabo keine Ablage (ausser einen plastik Hocker). Dies fand ich sehr unglücklich, da man seine persönlichen Sachen, wie Beaty Case nur auf den Hocker oder auf den Boden stellen konnte.

Wunderbares Spätherbst-Wochenende am Lago Maggiore
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Direkt am See und nahe zur Altstadt mit der Piazza Grande. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und stilvoll eingerichtet. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und modern, mit sehr bequemen Betten und grossem Balkon mit Seesicht. Auch im Badezimmer sehr viel Platz und Pflegeprodukte vorhanden. Auch sind die Zimmer sehr gut isoliert und dadurch keine störenden Geräusche, weder von anderen Gästen, noch von draussen. Das Frühstücks-Buffet war sehr reichhaltig und gut. Diverse Eierspeisen konnten am Tisch bestellt werden.

Cons:

Nur eine Sache hat uns gestört. In den Zimmern hat man die Möglichkeit, sich selber Kaffee oder Tee zuzubereiten. Jedoch hatte es kein richtiges Geschirr, also keine Tassen und Löffel, sondern nur Kartonbecher und Holzstäbchen zum Rühren. Das finden wir für diese Hotelkategorie ein grosses Minus und auch überhaupt nicht nachhaltig. Zudem fehlte auch Milch für den Kaffee.
