Das Frühstück war hervorragend und wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Seeblick. Das Wetter hat auch mitgespielt. Was uns vor allem auch gefallen hat, dass das Hotel an ruhiger Lage ist, nicht an der Duchgangsstrasse.
Als Vegetarier habe ich nur eine Mahlzeit gefunden auf der Speisekarte, die mir zugesagt hat. Leider ist in diesem Hotel kein Wellnessbereich. Schade.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location was perfect. We travelled with our dog and both the staff and the facility made it very easy for him to feel as comfortable as me and my girlfriend.
Top-Lage. Grosse Zimmer mit Balkon und Seesicht. Frühstück reichhaltig und gut. Dachterrasse mit Liegestühlen zum Relaxen. Bestes Hotel in Locarno.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, grosse Auswahl. Freundliches Personal. Die fehlenden Produkte wurden sofort wieder aufgefüllt.
Die Lage des Hotels und die grossen Zimmer.
Die Menuauswahl zum Abendessen war zu exklusiv. Da es aus den gesamten Menus (5 Gänger) etc. nicht einzeln ausgewählt werden konnte, (Laut Aussage an der Rezeption nicht möglich) mussten wir auf andere Restaurats ausweichen.

Alles war perfekt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Top Lage: direkt am Bahnhof, jedoch ruhig und auch direkt am See. Die Zimmer wunderbar. Die Dachterrasse wunderschön. Sehr toller Fitnessraum. Unglaubliches Frühstücksbuffet.
Aber das allerbeste: das unglaublich nette Personal!

Ja das Hotel ist elegant und schön ausgebaut wie auch die Ausstattung von Lobby und Zimmer echt toll das Personal sehr aufmerksam macht Spass / Preis und die Leistung stimmen.
