Pros:

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et tenons à remercier l’ensemble du personnel pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

Le petit-déjeuner est varié et de bonne qualité. Toutefois, pour un établissement 4 étoiles, nous nous attendions à des viennoiseries de meilleure qualité, notamment des croissants plus savoureux, ainsi qu’à un choix de petits pains plus diversifié.

Il serait également appréciable de mettre davantage en valeur les spécialités tessinoises, par exemple avec des fromages de chèvre de la région, d’autres fromages locaux, de la charcuterie typique ou des produits artisanaux.

Enfin, le restaurant pourrait encore gagner en qualité, tant au niveau de la cuisine que de l’expérience gastronomique, afin d’être pleinement en adéquation avec le standing de l’hôtel.

Ces remarques se veulent constructives et nous espérons qu’elles pourront contribuer à rendre le séjour des futurs clients encore plus agréable.

Pros:

Het hele verblijf was geweldig. Prachtige locatie, geweldige kamer, ontzettend vriendelijke medewerkers. Onze pup was ook meer dan welkom en bij aankomst stond er een lief cadeautje op hem te wachten. Een aanrader.

Pros:

I had a night here with my family in occasion of my sister’s birthday. The staffs were really friendly and helpful. They showed us where to go and what to do nearby in details. Our room were a Junior Suite, one of the most spacious rooms in the hotel with a big balcony that had enoguh space for three lying chairs and a dining table. To celebrate the birthday , they gave us a free drink voucher for all members in the room, which was really hospitable from them. Breakfast buffet were well organized, also offered in house and terrace area. I really recommend to book this hotel when you want to spend quiet nights during your stay.

Cons:

A/C was more like air purifier. It was not really cooled down even though we set it on lowest temperature. No blaming tho.

Der freundliche Empfang an der Rezeption von Tania - das gesamte Team war sehr herzlich - das Zimmer war makellos sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel - den netten Geburtstagsgruss - die tolle Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore - die zentrale und doch ruhige Lage - das feine Frühstück . . . Grazie mille!

Relaxing stay in a wonderful lakeside hotel!
Pros:

Close proximity to the train station, lake and the town center. Fantastic views of the lake from our fourth floor room. Friendly, professional staff, especially Michel, who was exceptional with the help he provided - nothing was too much trouble! Rooms were soundproof, no noise heard from neighbors.

Cons:

Air conditioning system did not sufficiently cool the room, so there was little relief from the extremely hot weather we were experiencing. Made sleeping somewhat uncomfortable at night.
