Ótimo estado de limpeza.

Cons:

O berço disponibilizado era uma cama de viagem muito pequena e já bastante estragada, com as laterais muito instáveis e o colchão era apenas o estrado da cama que tem uma cobertura de esponja baixa. Para tentar colmatar esta situação colocaram um edredão dobrado no fundo da cama. Nada disto permite que um bebé de 11 meses durma em condições de segurança.

Las habitaciones eran muy pequeñas. No había ni una silla. El desayuno muy repetitivo si estás más de 1 noche

Hotel bem localizado, com ambiente tranquilo e decoração bem conseguida.
Quarto acolhedor e limpo.

Cons:

A sala de pequeno almoço é pequena para a quantidade de hóspedes, o que torna o momento um pouco confuso. O valor do mesmo torna-se desajustado.

A Very Nice Stay
Pros:

Good Location- with bus and metro links. About 35 min walk into the centre and quite scenic.
Staff were helpful and friendly.
Room was small but perfect for one person or a couple and very clean. There’s a safety deposit box and a mini fridge with complimentary water (also complimentary pastel de nata 😊)
Bathroom was clean, equipped with all necessary toiletries, hair dryer, dental kit, etc. I liked the glass door element with the added curtain for privacy if needed.
SmartTV was great, you could even order room service or contact reception through it. Has YT (you have to connect it to your own account but it was east) as well as various European, British and American channels (Fox, CNN, Disney Channel, BBC) as well as national geographic. Unfortunately no Netflix but wasn’t really a problem since there was an endless selection.
Room Service is on the pricier side (to be expected with room service) but worth it if you’re wanting a chill night in to watch TV. Decent selection of food and dessert.
They do have a laundry service but I never used it as it was a bit pricey but useful to know.
Breakfast wasn’t included but was €16 per person which is pretty reasonable and you have a buffet selection of breakfast options and fresh fruit, pastries, juices and a bar to order coffee, drinks, etc. With a nice outdoor seating area.

I would highly recommend for anyone coming to Lisbon, especially if you want somewhere away from the hustle and bustle of tourist downtown Baixa or Alfama

Cons:

Hotel room doors are quite heavy so they slam shut when you close, gets quite annoying at night especially with other guests and sometimes made my door rattle when other guests slam their doors shut. I suppose nothing the hotel could do about it but worth noting if you’re particular or extremely sensitive to noise/light sleeper. Didn’t cause too much of an issue but I was only there for 3 days.
Tourist tax which I wasn’t aware wasn’t already included so I was told to pay that at check in, would’ve been nice to know beforehand.

Dias incríveis nesse hotel. Me senti em casa.
Pros:

Foram 5 dias na acomodação, me senti em casa. Conforto, atendimento, limpeza. Tudo perfeito!!

Cons:

Um único ponto que poderia melhorar é o box completo no banheiro, o uso do chuveiro molhava um pouco fora.

Toallas en mal estado. Se hace pequeño el lugar para el desayuno. El ascensor demora mucho. Ubicación en un buen barrio, pero lejos de los lugares de interes, mínimo 30 min caminando
