CO值高、便利、舒適
Pros:

CP值高，在琉森市區貴貴的住宿中，這裡是最佳的選擇，離琉森市區不遠，而且火車站前就有20號公車直達住宿點門口，班次頗多，真的很便利。房間一應俱全，而且安靜，非常舒適，值得推薦。

Cons:

數位電子鑰匙的感應較不靈敏，有時手機貼在感應處等了很久還開不了門，有時需要感應兩次才能開門。

Soggiorno bene, tranne il posteggio, gestito malissimo.

Cons:

La struttura ha un posteggio dove non c'è indicato il prezzo di soggiorno. Dopo una notte ho trovato un QR da 45 CHF per sostare, inoltre un QR non valido, indicando che se non veniva pagato entro 20 giorni ci sarebbero costi di oltre 300 CHF.
Mi chiedo se non esiste l'obbligo di indicare le tariffe?

Lovely area and convenient for public transport into Lucerne

Lovely room, modern, spacious, clean.
Pros:

Clean, large room with good facilities, although no soap/body wash for shower provided. Bus into town easy and at the doorstep, but is 15-20mins away from centre Lucerne.

Cons:

No airconditioning, poor check in (door app/key didn’t work when I arrived and had to get let inside by someone leaving the property). The price for one room/one person for one night was extremely high, given there was no airconditioning and the distance from the town centre.

Nice and Peaceful stay at Horw
Pros:

It’s very convenient like a home. Kitchen with amenities were handy, car parking, wonderful shower, balcony with table.

Improvements needed:

Bus transport B20 could have been added with the Lucerne guest card - I had to book the tickets multiple times.

Automatic lights were annoying while taking bath - it goes off very quickly.

Wifi 5Ghz frequency was not having good range and so little bit slow speed.

Information about the physical cards could have been highlighted before. Many people were unaware. We used it and helpful.

Cons:

Just cons and liked the stay.
