Truly a 5 star experience
Pros:

Very clean, staff were so accommodating and lovely! Hotel room had so many facilities, room service was affordable. Loved the stay would definitely go back!

Tuvimos oportunidad de verla y pienso que vale mejor la pena invertir en las habitaciones más luxury, el staff fue muy amable, el hotel es muy bonito, la piscina es algo pequeña, pero también es un hotel tipo boutique

Nuestra habitación da a la calle, por lo que en este momento están construyendo y era bastante ruidoso, esto al principio no lo sabíamos por lo que llegamos a otra habitación, pero esa otra habitación no tenía tina y era más pequeña de la que yo había agendado por Booking, por lo que hicimos el reclamo y nos Sofi, ofrecieron un upgrade de habitación, sin embargo, me pareció algo incómodo que a pesar de qué nos cambiaron la habitación para evitar que nos sintiéramos incómodos con el ruido de la calle, nos dieron en el principio una habitación de más bajo un nivel, en vez de darnos una de un nivel más alto habiendo disponibilidad, le hicimos el comentario a la persona, sin embargo, todos fueron muy amables y fue algo que se solucionó rápido

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa de Pranakorn Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and genuinely involved, which made a big difference to our experience. We felt completely at ease around them throughout our stay.

The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety, so there was always something to look forward to each morning.

Overall, a truly lovely place to stay. We would definitely come back!

Ein sehr schönes, ruhiges, elegant eingerichtetes und komfortables Hotel mit extrem freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal und exzellentem Service. Die Lage ist prima (fußläufig zur U-Bahn und Chinatown) und das Frühstück war lecker und sowohl thailändisch als auch kontinental möglich. Auch das Hotelrestaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Besonders schön war die Atmosphäre am Pool, neben dem man auch frühstücken/essen konnte. Als es ein kleines technisches Problem gab, wurden dieses unverzüglich behoben, wir unmittelbar informiert und bekamen für die letzte Nacht sogar ein Upgrade. ❤️ Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Cons:

Uns hat alles gefallen! Das Personal hat sich sogar um die Rettung von fünf jungen verlassenen Katzen gekümmert, die auf einem Balkonvorsprung des Nachbargebäudes gefangen waren. ❤️❤️
