Falta de mantenimiento, wifi horrible y baño con humedad.
Pros:

El jardín de afuera es muy bonito y enseguida me hicieron la factura que les pedí.

Cons:

1) Las habitaciones son super antiguas y les falta mucho mantenimiento. En la primera habitación no cerraba el cerrojo. Me movieron a otra, donde el baño hacía una peste a humedad y cloacas insoportable.
2) La iluminación de la habitación es súper tenue y amarilla, como estar en una habitación medieval. Horrible.
3) El wifi funcionaba super lento, al punto de que casi no se podía hacer nada.
4) La presión de la ducha era muy baja. Una desesperación para lavarte el cabello.

Lo único bueno es la ubicación, muy cerca del centro.
Por fuera luce bien.

Cons:

Sólo tiene un contacto (tomacorriente) en toda la habitación. Así que para cargar el celular, tienes que desconectar la lámpara; y como teníamos dos celulares y una cámara, fue sumamente impráctico. Si hubiéramos llevado lap-top, imposible.
No tiene repisas ni espacio alguno para colocar los artículos de baño, ni siquiera ganchos para colgar las toallas.
Tampoco salió nunca agua caliente, y además muy baja presión o tapada la regadera.
La habitación demasiado austera, pequeña e incómoda.

Excelente nuestra estancia
Pros:

Está muy bonito el jardín, las habitaciones muy limpias, la gente muy amable, muy buena ubicación, la comida del restaurante deliciosa. Estamos satisfechos con nuestra estancia y sin lugar a duda regresaremos

La habitación para 2 personas que me dieron, pequeñísima además muy fea... no podíamos ni caminar por el espacio insuficiente
No tiene enchufes para cargar celulares, uso de secadora, plancha. . etc etc.
Sin aire acondicionado ni ventilador
Iluminación deficiente... al cerrar la cortina todo oscuro
En la cabecera de la cama una lámpara viejisima con luz amarilla

El martes 12 de agosto de 2026, salí de la habitacion casi al medio día, quería quedarme otro día y la señora que me atendió me dijo que no había ya ninguna habitación, no obstante que tenía tres días de estar hospedada ahí, le dije vengo de lejos y me dijo no hay nada, en la esquina hay otro hotel si le gusta. Fui a arreglar todas mis cosas y me fui, la verdad fue lo mejor que me pasó en el otro hotel tuve una excelente atención al cuál voy a volver en otras ocasiones, a este ya no

La ubicación, contar con estacionamiento, la habitación muy limpia, atención muy amable del personal.

Cons:

Al parecer hubo un problema familiar en alguna habitación cercana y rompió con la tranquilidad pero no es culpa del hotel. El hotel es una gran elección si visitas Texcoco.
