Categories

Cleanliness
9.75
Multiple reviews call the hotel very clean; bathrooms and disposable toiletry sets noted as tidy. One mention of a stained curtain but overall cleanliness is consistently praised.
Service
6.5
Mixed to negative: some reception interaction noted, but several complaints about poor communication (refund not issued), guests asked to make a bed themselves and staff did not resolve issues reliably.
Location
9.75
Convenient for car access and reasonably close to metro; described as fairly quiet and safe. Parking proximity can be limited due to works/occupancy but location itself is good.
Room Quality
6.5
Rooms described as spacious with comfortable beds and decent bathrooms, but problems include noisy terrace neighbors, carpet triggering allergies for some, windows that don't close well and safety/fixture concerns.
Amenities
7
Basic amenities provided (soap, razors, toothbrushes). Major negatives: no working air conditioning in several reports, unstable/no hot water in showers, and limited parking availability.
Value for Money
9.5
Several guests say it's good value if you just need a place to sleep; some feel price is high for the quality but overall many consider it acceptable value for short stays.
Food and Beverage
6
Breakfast criticized: cold items, poor warming/temperature control and limited selection; overall F&B quality is below expectations.
Overall Experience
9
Overall mixed but leaning positive for short stays: clean, convenient and comfortable for sleeping, yet marred by recurring hot-water/AC issues, some service failures and breakfast shortcomings.

Cons:

Recepční mně trpelivě vše vysvětlil ohledně ubytování i parkování.
Moc děkuji.
